Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to allow pets on our property. If your pets are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a fee of $100 dollars per night for 1 dog, or $150 per night for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete. Please note pet fees do NOT COVER any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of ANY sort, and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay happy with our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do NOT allow any house parties in our home our of respect for neighbors and protection of our beautiful home. We are happy to accommodate your pets, please see our pet policy below.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drugs policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
