White Cliffs Vista, Panoramic Views, Hot Tub, Epic Views!

Enjoy panoramic, unobstructed views of the White Cliffs, mountains, and valley. Views from inside via floor-to-ceiling windows, or outside from the 1,000 sq-ft cedar deck. The cabin sits on a corner lot that borders federal land preserve, is surrounded by cedar trees criss-crossed with deer trails, and is flooded with natural sunlight throughout the day.

A short drive to Zion, Bryce, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Grand Staircase-Escalante, and many other destinations!

The space
The main level features a great room with a South-facing window wall—from which you will enjoy picturesque views and no neighbors on either side. On the same level is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and a primary suite with king-sized bed. Upstairs has two bedrooms: one bedroom has a bunkbed and daybed with pull-out trundle, and the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a full-sized bed loft. 1850 square feet of total indoor living space.

In the detached garage there is both a ping pong table and a foosball table. There is also cornhole for more daytime fun, a Traeger wood pellet grill for smoking and barbequing, and a hammock for outside relaxation. In the evenings, stargaze through a telescope, overlook the valley while roasting s’mores at the firepit, or relax in the custom series hot tub.

The garage is wired with a higher-voltage outlet meant to charge an electric car (just remember to bring your car’s connector; message for a picture of the outlet), there is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the cabin, and there is a retro arcade with 16,000+ games (all pre-2003). There are also TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and one upstairs bedroom—all of which have Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max.

Check yourself into the cabin with a unique passcode that will be provided to you. Town is approximately two minutes away, with a small grocery store (5 min), gift shops, etc. Enjoy access to federal land right from the cabin, and rent UTVs nearby!

We have a uniquely prime and private location for our neighborhood:
- Unobstructed views (no roads, cabins, or construction between the cabin and views) of the cliffs AND valley.
- 1.5 acres bordering thousands of acres of BLM land.
-At the end of a quiet road that is not a crossroads for other residents.
-No neighbors on either side, no neighbors in construction.
-No sharing the property with other guests (most other rentals also feature a small casita above the garage that is rented out to other guests at the same time. We do not have a casita, so you will not have to share the property with anyone else during your stay).
Other things to note
There is a smart video doorbell, and also a security system (without cameras) for those who wish to use it.

Most shopping is closed on Sunday, so please plan accordingly.

**NO PETS**, including service animals, under any circumstances. My husband and child are severely allergic to them.
