Kitchen - The luxury gourmet kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. Wolf Range, Sub Zero fridge, wine fridge, kitchen island with wood breakfast bar and seating for 3, and a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods.

Dining Area - The dining area has a large table with seating for 10 guests, or 13 including the bar.

Master Suite 1 - The first master suite boasts a king bed, walk-in closet, comfortable chair, private deck access, ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, double sink vanity and luxurious soaking tub.

Master Suite 2 - The second master suite consists of a king bed, workstation, stunning views, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink vanity.

Loft - The stunning loft space consists of a queen sofa bed, seating, and access to deck.

Guest Bedroom - The guest bedroom comes with 2 queen beds and a closet to keep your belongings organized.

Bunk Room - The bunk room consists of 2 queen beds with 2 twin beds on top, a comfortable oversized chair and closet.

Living Area 2 - The second spacious living area comes with a large sectional sofa and Smart TV with surround sound, perfect for movie nights.

Laundry Room - The laundry room comes equipped with a full capacity washer & dryer, storage cubbies, counter space and a small shower to rinse off your feet after a day of exploring.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the mountains of Orderville, where there are beautiful cabins and magnificent homes, and still ample room for privacy.

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.

Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores convenient and easy!

Kanab, UT is 20 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Kanab is known as the "Hub of the Parks', and is the gateway to three national parks, Zion (30 Miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles) and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available. Relax with a dream vacation and re-live life in the west where dozens of western movies were made, Kanab otherwise knows as 'little Hollywood' is home to the Western Legends Roundup, every August and features vendors, great food, two live stages and the National Cowboy Poetry Rodeo.
