Ocean Breeze is a three-bedroom condo featuring 2 king-sized beds, 1 twin-sized bunk bed and a sofa bed. Each bedroom has a 48” flat screen TV, luggage racks, closet space, and its own ensuite bathroom complete with luxury linens. The kitchen has beautiful custom lighting and tile work and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals in, including a blender, air fryer, toaster, and top-of-the-line Cuisinart coffee maker. There is also a new propane grill with tools on the large balcony. The living room, decorated with live-edge wood tables and beautiful artwork, features a 75” flat screen TV with every single IPTV channel, as well as Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, and HBO Max. It is comfortably designed with plenty of seating for evening lounging and, if you prefer, the 110 sq ft balcony has a total of six chairs with ottomans and side tables to enjoy the beautiful ocean views with your morning coffee. The entire condo comes equipped with WIFI, central A/C controlled by thermostats for maximum comfort, remote ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms, portable oscillating fan, guest safe in each bedroom closet for valuables, hair dryers and clothes steamer, washer and dryer, smart outlets, Alexa shows and echo dots (just ask Alexa to play music, for restaurant info, weather reports, or sports scores!) as well as a portable Bluetooth speaker for music on the balcony!
