The house is fully fenced, has a landscaped garden and has an automated front gate where you can park your car inside the property. There is room for 2 more cars outside the gate.

Aruba, also called the "One Happy Island" is famous for their amazing beaches and lovely sun. If you would like to cool off after a hot day at the beach, you can enjoy the coolness of our fully airconditioned interior. Tropial Villa has 55-inch Smart TV's in all bedrooms, and 60-inch in the living room, as well as the game room. All this is backed by high speed Wi-Fi connection.

The living room has an amazing couch where you can relax and surround yourself with some lovely plants. The kitchen has an electrical stove, a fridge, microwave and many more for your convenience. In the kitchen you will find our unique plant wall with a swing. Perfect to make your first picture for Social Media, don't forget to tag us at tropial_rentals ;)

The house has 3 bedrooms (including the Gameroom) which you can enter from inside the house. You can enter bedroom number 3 if you go outside at the kitchen to the right. This bedroom has an incredible pool view in the morning and at night.

We want to make sure you will wake up rested and energized after sleeping in our king-sized pillow-top matrasses with lumbar support covered with 1200 thread luxury cotton sheets. So you can explore the island to the fullest and/or relax on the beach. Each bed has 4 pillows to guarantee you and your family a perfect night sleep.

The family fun begins in the fully equipped gameroom where you can enjoy the two original vintage machines ‘Galaxy’ arcade & ‘The Six Million Dollar Man‘ pinball, a Playstation 4 and a pool table. When playing a game of pool you can have a drink on the bar stool. The sofa bed is the 4th bed (full-size bed) in the house and of course the gameroom has it's own private bathroom.

The good times with the family continue in the backyard pool- and lounge area equipped for day and/or night entertainment. Make it one big space with easy folding doors connecting the bedroom and/or kitchen. The covered patio has a cinema projector for an ultimate viewing experience the whole family can enjoy.

The lounge area also has a table witch 4 chairs and a bench where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner together. If you want to throw some food on the grill, the huge Stainless-Steel propane gas pit is ready to be lit. Keep an eye on it while resting from one of the lounge beds, cozy seat or hammock around the pool.

The front and pool area are both equipped with string lights making both areas really cozy, romantic and beautiful. At night when the string lights automatically come on together with the pool lights, you then know why we say it is really cozy and romantic.

The villa is centrally located. You will drive to Eagle Beach, our proud nr. 2 ranked Beach in the world, in about 3 minutes. Also you will find several restaurants and supermarkets like Superfood and Ling & Sons in the same 3 minute driving distance. Within a ± 5 minute drive you will be at the famous Palm Beach High Rise Hotel area, with hotels such as Marriott, Hilton and RIU, and several lovely restaurants and bars.

Please keep in mind that the pictures are not 100% accurately, since some things will always be replaced, moved or redecorated. Should you wish additional housekeeping / cleaning during your stay, arrangements can be made for an additional fee.
