Centrally located 4 bedroom home with cozy pool and patio

Your traveling group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place!
This home is 1 minute from the best supermarket on the island, SUPERFOOD, and about a 4 minute drive removed from Eagle Beach, one of the worlds most beautiful beaches.
The home is very spacious and light and will give a group of 8 more than enough space to be together and have a great time!
Of our 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are upstairs, so you will have to use a stairs if you rent this home. We have a baby gate at the bottom of the stairs.
One bedroom upstairs has an in-suite bathroom and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom.
There is a 4th bedroom downstairs with an en-suite bathroom, this would be the ideal room for a couple with a small child. We have a pack n play we can set up in the room for you. This bedroom has sliding doors overlooking the pool area.
The huge open living area has 8 glass sliding doors and this will give you the ideal open feel you are looking for, coming to the Caribbean. When opening up all 8 doors, the breeze going throught the living area is divine. We have added some fans for less windy days. We do have the option for airconditioning in the living area as well, if you want to close all doors and cool down after a hot day on our beautiful beaches.
All 4 bedrooms are all airconditioned as well, and all our bathrooms have hot water.
The layout of the home with it's open doors, connecting with the patio and the pool area, is just what you need when traveling with a large group.
It is easy to keep connected and keep an eye on your children, while having more than enough space not to feel crowded at all.
The pool area is cosy and relaxing, and we have an outdoor shower and a GAS grill, there is shade in the morning and in the midst of the day the sun is right above the pool.
You can park one car inside the fence and at least two more in front of the gate on the street.
Our home has all you need to have a relaxing and fun vacation, to enjoy privacy and family time, while being at all the hot spots in Aruba in a heartbeat!
Our kitchen has ALL you need for a comfortable stay, if you do not want to go out to dinner every night, we have all you need to cook or even invite a private chef to come cook for you. Oven, microwave, coffeemachine, stove, fridge, pots and pans, you name it, we have it.
We also have a washer and dryer for you at the house, so you can pack light.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $260 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.

We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.

Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.
