Other Things to Note:
- Access to the apartment is through a public carpark and alley way. At the end of the alley way you will find there is a flight of stairs to access the apartment.
- Please ensure you check the signs to make sure you are parked in the correct space. We are not liable for any parking fines during your stay. You cannot access the apartment from the main street (Summer Street).
- The apartment is located above shops on the main street, surrounded by restaurants and local businesses. Due to this central location, you may hear some street noise, including people walking by and nearby restaurant activity. One of the nearby restaurants has an extractor fan that may run during service hours and usually switches off later in the evening.
- The apartment is located above a business (Miss Mary Mac), so we please ask that you are mindful of noise levels during your stay.
- Please note that this property is fitted with security cameras at the front.
- No smoking on the landing or stairs outside the apartment.
- No drinking on the landing or stairs outside the apartment.
- If you are staying with children, no playing or running on the landing or stairs outside the apartment.
