Luxury Modern Retreat! Close to Disney!

Beautiful retreat nestled in the city of Orange, just a short drive to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, and the beach cities. The home has 4 bedrooms (2 masters), 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a kitchenette/wet bar. The home sits on a large lot with a spacious backyard perfect for BBQs, dinners, sitting around the fire pit, or just enjoying the fresh air. The home is immaculate with a newly renovated wing. We take pride in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
The space
This is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a full kitchen and a kitchenette in a newly renovated wing. The home is conveniently located in central Orange County with very easy access to Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, the Outlets of Orange, and other restaurants and retail centers. You will not be disappointed!
Guest access
The entire home. Driveway and street parking available. No garage access. Purified drinking water supplied to guests from a water machine

Note**: There is a fee of $75 for early check in up to 8am if available. A fee of $50 is assessed for check out after the designated 10am check out time.

We have a ring door bell camera on the front door for safety reasons.

Additional rules

Absolutely NO PETS allowed in the home. Guests who violate this rule agree to forfeit the entirety of their deposit as liquidated damages in addition to a $150 additional cleaning fee.

Check in is at 3PM. Early check in must be approved by your host. Any early check in without authorization will be assessed an early check in fee of $100.

Checkout is at or before 10AM on the last day of your stay. Please be courteous to future guests by leaving the home at your checkout time. Guests who check out late will be subject to a fee of $50 for each 30 minutes beyond the check out time.

Please note there is absolutely NO SMOKING in the home. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee so we may make the home suitable for future guests.

This home is not suitable for large gatherings of any kind. The home is located in a quiet residential community and we request that all guests be mindful of excessive noise and the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm -8am daily. We have a no tolerance policy for parties and any violation of this rule will lead to forfeiture of your entire security deposit as liquidated damages.

Stays over 30 days are subject to an increased cleaning fee in the amount of $400 total for each 30 day period to be collected upon booking. This will include one additional cleaning during the stay if desired.
