Kilarra Cottage is a stunning property inside and out - Imagine a wonderfully private home nestled along Orange's prestigious Byng Street; one that's enviably placed just footsteps to local shops, cafes and restaurants.
Circa 1880 this home has been lovingly restored keeping many of the original features and giving a real feel of old world charm.
High ornate ceilings, gorgeous stained glass throughout and timber floors are just a few of the features that you will fall in love with.

On the ground floor there is ducted heating for all 4 bedrooms and living areas. On the top floor there is a split system in the 5th bedroom. There is also a second split system in the kitchen area on the ground floor.

All five bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.
The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie, snuggle up by the cosy fireplace or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a cheese platter.

Located just a few steps from the famous Byng St Cafe and a stone's throw from the CBD, you really won't need to use your car.
Within 2 blocks you'll find the CBD, Cook Park, Zona, Byng St Cafe, Gong That at Gladstone Pub, Anything Grows, the Union Bank Bar and Restaurant, Lolli Redinis (hatted) Restaurant, The Peacock Room Restaurant, Duntryleague Golf Course and the Greenhouse of Orange.
Vineyards and Cellar Doors tastings are as close as 10 minutes by car.
