Please be advised that the home can welcome a total of 6 guests, however, two people would be required to use the sofa bed. Please advise at the time of booking if you require linen for the sofa bed. This will be provided on your arrival however bed will not be made up.



Firepit: this property has a firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.



Please be advised that there are 4 operating security cameras at the property - these are all outdoors.

Absolutely perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back next year. The only thing that I can fault was the terrible wifi and mobile phone service. But this is not something that the property has any control over.

The property is new and was immaculate...we couldnt fault anything at all. Everything was super comfortable, cosy and homely. Weary travellers coming home to Cosy on Curran everyday was a real treat!! Only a small hiccup in getting the key out of the box, as they sent a code upon booking and then sent a message to say it had been changed, but it was the original code that opened the box. The only thing I would change...nothing! (except as an experienced gardener, I would move the Magnolia growing at the front door as its going to hit the roof and eventually block your front door. Move it two plants nearer the fence). A wonderful place to stay and have recommended it to family and friends already. Thanks!
