The beach view was amazing from the 3rd floor balcony. The bed in the Master was great, a firm memory foam mattress but the mattresses in the guest bedroom, both the queen and the twin were older style spring mattresses. Our kids slept fine on them, but I certainly wouldn't have. Access to the beach couldn't have been any better, maybe a 1 minute walk from our door to the beach access. The beach was essentially private with no more than 3 or 4 other guests present at the beach with us at any given time. The pool's shallowest area is 4', so if you have young children like we do, make sure they can swim or have good floaties or the pool is nearly unusable. I was surprised at how deep the shallowest area was. Access to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores or Foley weren't ever more than a 20 minute car ride, so there are an endless number of quality local restaurants. There are a few negatives to the property, namely how filthy the floors of the condo were. Walking around barefoot in the condo after getting out of the shower would result in black feet in just a handful of steps. Because of this we couldn't allow our toddler to crawl and scoot around the condo and she wasn't happy about being cooped up. The rest of the condo felt pretty clean but we were pretty disappointed with the floors. If they've been thoroughly mopped or scrubbed in the last year I'd be shocked, just as dirty as you've ever seen a floor. Because of this I'm not sure if we would stay here again...
