Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great family condo!

Spacious condo with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 5 small children in our group! The property had lots of fun activities for the kids and was in a very convenient location! Loved this place! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful views. Spacious luxurious condo. Only downside is that this is a large high rise and so at peak volume times the elevator wait is frustrating and the beach is crowded. (Mid summer) But we’ve come to OB now for 15 years and it is one of the best places to stay.

Not long enough!

We had an amazing time! The unit was very clean and perfect for our stay! Beds were comfy (at least the master was and I didn't hear any one complain). Hot tub might have a sensor out or something bc the water was scalding so we couldn't use it. We would like to go back in the fall!

Had 9 people . Condo was very large with plenty of sleeping space for guest. There was a water event the day before we arrived so there were a few issues but no one’s fault. The staff were very efficient in informing us of the conditions.

They said they would send someone out as soon as possible to fix it but it never happened during our stay. Other than that it was great!

Nice location!

This condo is beautiful! Lots of room for the nine of us! The only issues we had was the refrigerator must be controlled by the owner and they forgot to turn the temperature down and the fridge stayed at a warmer temperature than it should have been on. I had to keep some food in the beverage cooler. Also on our second full day of our stay they drained the hot tub for cleaning and wecleaning and we never got a chance to get back in it! Our grandchildren loved the water slide, however the pool water was FREEZING Overall, we had a good time? turn it down.

Beautiful condo but not fond of the property lay out.

Beautiful condo but the location of the pools and hot tubs were problematic. Indoor pools and hot tubs were closed on and off a good bit of the time while we were there. There were cigarette butts in the outside pool every time we took the kids to it. The lazy river was at the front of the complex away from most everything else and more like a lazy circle in size. I don’t see us renting here again. The beach was beautiful and every worker we came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

We’d love to stay here again!

We loved the condo…the size, space, quality. We used and enjoyed the hot tub and grill. I’m fairly particular on beds/bedding and I was satisfied which is unusual when I travel. Our family really enjoyed the amenities of the building from the water slide to the indoor pools, sauna, steam room, and gym. One thing we noted is that it took the refrigerator a while to cool down after we put our groceries in, but it did. The only truly negative was the 100 early check-in fee. The unit was open the night before our visit and it seems that the 100 is nothing but a money grab. I’d expect that the rate we’re paying should be sufficient to be able to use the condo when It’s sitting g clean and vacant on the day of our check in.

A few words to say...

Condo was in a great location although we were lacking on a few basic needs. We had no kitchen towel and very few towels and washcloths in bathroom. Hot tub was not working either. Beware of the refrigerator...all produce drawers result in frozen fruit and veggies. Other than these above mentioned concerns, we had a nice time.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall the place is not all its hype up to be. There was a ton of broken or closed amenities. Our jacuzzi tub in the master was broken and had been since 1/9 and the hot tub down stairs was also broken and half of our stay the ice maker was broken. The breakfast and pool tables were “seasonal” so we also didn’t get to enjoy those. They came in daily to check the hot tub on the balcony which was inconvenient due to it being different times every day. The only decent thing about this whole condo is the jacuzzi on the balcony.

Siblings Trip

We read all of the reviews of this property and knew to expect some imperfections. After all it is a rental and those are never perfect. However upon arrival to the condo some things we did notice were the whattaburger cup left from the previous guests, The contacts left in a drawer and the floors were not vacuumed. We did expect a little better cleaning job. Also, we waited all week for a Plummer to show up and fix the shower in one of the bathrooms, thank goodness there were 2 others because he never showed. Aside from that we had a great trip and would love to stay at Turquoise Place again.

We took our Grandmother to the beach for her 80th bday. As soon as she walked in, she loved the place. Everything was nice and spacious. Very clean. We didn't utilize the hot tub on the balcony because there were some issues. But overall everything was great. Would stay there again if we planned another trip to that beach!

My 1 parking spot that was assigned to me was marked off due to construction. Only 2 showers were able to be taken then no hot water. My hot tub stayed green the entire time even though I contacted Liquid Life multiple times.

This time there were many issues that made our stay less than luxurious, which was very disappointing for what we paid. -The fridge was overcooling and freezing things inside the fridge. -Bunk bed rails were very loose-There was mold in the shower-Jacuzzi tub in master bath was broken.-Hot tub head rests on balcony were deteriorating and flaking off.-Loose tiles and broken grout all over unit-4th floor indoor pool heater was broken, so pool was cold-Steam room on 4th floor out of service

The master bedroom bed may be the most comfortable bed we have slept on away from home. It was stocked with everything needed to enjoy the short week trip.Only downside: Barely enough towels. For the amount of people I registered as going, we barely had enough towels for everyone each day. We came prepared to do laundry, but having to do towels constantly was a bit of a downer. Not a big enough deal to not rate 5 stars though!
