This 14th-floor unit in grand Turquoise Place is located in tower C. It is newly renovated in a classic professionally decorated style. It sits perfectly overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy your mornings and evenings on the balcony that stretches the entire length of the condo. Orange Beach has everything you need from fine dining and shopping to lazy days taking in the sun on the sugary white gulf coast beach!

Front desk will have all your necessary check in items. Please provide ID and confirmation # from booking.

When you arrive, you will check in at either towers lobby. The lobby attendant will have a guest packet ready. It will have your room keys, bracelets for all common areas (must be worn to access amenities) as well as parking pass. Please refer to your confirmation # and bring your picture ID. If you arrive after 8pm, you will need to stop at the guard shack to obtain your keys and parking pass(es.)

Parking notes. There is paid parking for two vehicles. They are both covered spaces. Only ONE is assigned to your unit # specifically. The second space is unnumbered.

Thoughtfully decorated with your comfort in mind, the interior is sophisticated, with a classic design. The open floor plan with 10 ft ceilings envelops the floor to ceiling glass windows. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make entertaining a breeze. The second bedroom offers another king size bed with private shower/tub, adjacent is the third bedroom with two double beds and private bathroom with walk in shower. In the hall is a half bath and the living room sectional also offers a queen sofa bed. All beds are finished with high end linens.

Two saunas, two steam rooms, two gulf front fitness gyms (both located on the 4th floor of each tower) A 450 foot lazy river invites children of all ages and even those who are young at heart! There is a one-time parking fee (per the condo owner association) of $50 per car for the entire stay with up to 2 spaces.
We will send you a link at a later date to pay for the number of spaces you plan on utilizing. If you have more than 2 cars, you will need to speak to the security guard at the gate for the off-site lot.
