Great experience

Very nice condo for our stay at Orange Beach. Everything was very clean, our top priority! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for the stay in nights that we did not go out to eat. I was pleased that a hair dryer was provided in our condo because I forgot mine. The bed was super comfortable, a HUGE plus, thank you! There is nothing like not getting a good nights rest. The on-site property management company is super responsive and such nice people! The unit itself is in a family-friendly building. Lots of kids and families. We had a GREAT stay!!!!

Overall Great Experience

It was very accommodating for my small kids and easy to get to the beach and pool. We had plenty of room for everyone and a great view. It was super clean, everything worked, and the staff were very easy to work with. I highly recommended on staying here especially on the ground floor with your littles. The only I have to complain about which really isn’t bad was just the patio was not very spacious and clean. Also, the patio door was very hard to open and close.

Great time - loved the location.

Only a couple minor issues with the internet/wifi not working on our unit. Also, had issues with tv and had to call service to have them walk us thru resetting. Other than that, a great time. Loved the ground floor unit.

Good And Could Have Been Great

The rating of dealing with property manager is mixed and varied. Responses to emails prior to our stay is zero. The rating of hospitality and enjoyable to deal with upon arrival is dependent on which of the ladies you are speaking with. One is easy going, helpful and focused on the human experience. The other is too concerned with stressing the rule to not enter the office until invited, covering other rules and being sure you know what not to do. The condo is in a great location with easy access to all the locations you would want to visit. The appointing s are acceptable and pool access is a bonus, since it’s on the 1st floor. Television quality was awful on 1/2 the channels. We spent time on the phone trying to troubleshoot and the provider even rebooted the switch to no avail. Missed some ballgames we had intended to watch. There’s quite a number of maintenance items needing attention on the grounds. I hope they will invest in the repairs, as the place could really be a “go to” vacation spot.

It was very cramped for 4 adults and 2 kids. But that was to be expected when we booked the place. This is on 1st floor which is a must with children. Weird thing is there isn't a lot of shelving in the bathrooms and none in the shower so you have to sit things in the floor or put them away after using everytime. Of the two 4" wide shelves in the bathroom the top shelf didn't get cleaned. There was a cup, lint, and some fingernails on top of the shelf. We had good weather mostly so that made everything ok.

Wonderful Beach Stay

We spent a week here and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and very quite even though it was quite busy. Being able to walk out of the patio to the pool and beach was amazing. The office staff and security guards were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would mention is that the frying pan and pot selection for cooking are lacking so you may wanna bring some with you. We would 100% book exactly this place again!

Everything has been updated. Very comfortable and clean. Great location as you can just walk off your back porch to the pool or ocean! It is like the ocean is your backyard! We enjoyed this condo and would rent it again!
