Nice condo - it had a well appointed kitchen with lots of utensils and such - location could have been better by being closer to restaurants. Unfortunately, there was construction going on next door that was annoying. The location of the indoor pool and hot tub was not convenient, so we never used it. It would have been nice if it had been located in the same building as the condo. All in all, it was as it was stated in the description.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We decided to have a destination Thanksgiving trip. Our stay was amazing, the condo was just the right size for us and had everything we needed. We read the reviews and do recommend you bring spices, extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. There was easy access to the beach, pools and the view from our balcony was beautiful. It is the perfect location as there are activities and great restaurants near by. There was construction going on with building B during our stay but it didn’t disturb us at all. My husband is a construction worker so it kept him entertained!

My husband and I and 3 kids (18yo, 22yo, 23yo) stayed in in this condo recently and had a great time. My parents stayed in condo just 2 doors down. Our condo was clean and very well stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils, and both a Keurig and a drip style coffee maker. As other reviews indicate you'll want to bring extra dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs, kitchen trash bags, hairdryer, and your own beach towels. Plenty of grocery store choices nearby. The linens and towels provided are adequate in number and quality (not super high quality, but they were fine). Construction was going on in building B next door but we rarely heard any noise. This was partly due to us staying over Christmas I'm sure and just dependent upon what they are working on at the time of your stay. The outdoor pool is not heated and that's understandable, too cold to get in this time of year. My kids enjoyed the hot tub which is indoors in a building across the parking lot (with an indoor pool as well). The furniture on the balcony is really nice and very comfortable. This time of year the building is certainly not full, and with building B closed due to construction, there were not a lot of people around which was nice. Had a great dinners at Zeke's and the Pier House, and a great lunch at the Flora-Bama Ole River Grill on the patio. Bought seafood to bring back to the condo and cook at Billy's Seafood in Bon Secour. We would definitely stay in this particular condo again.

It is just unfortunate to pay for those fees for cleaning and such when the condo was just run down. Stained furniture, uncomfortable beds, dirty shower, dirty floors. The best part was the balcony.

Our Summer House Stay

We had a great experience and stay at Summer House 1402A. The view was terrific. The property was clean and great. All rooms were staged perfectly. The location was perfect for on the beach, near shopping areas, food and restaurants, and other amenities. We would love to stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Summer House property! The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There were a few items that were suggested we bring, so we made note of those and brought them with us (shampoo, extra toilet paper, coffee/filters, etc.). Communication was spot on! The unit was up to date and beautifully decorated. It was nice that Walmart Marketplace, Publix, CVS and Walgreens were within close proximity. We will definitely be back!!

Great Experience

Easy going experience. The pools were clean and in condition. The rooms were clean and with a good amount of space. The service getting in contact was great. We left an AirPod after we checked out and talked to the property manager who went above and beyond so that we could get the AirPod back. We will definitely book here again!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed the beautiful view, it’s a great location. I wish there was a hair dryer, more trash bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper. I know the listing said only an initial supply would be given, but literally one of everything is a bit tight. Having to buy stuff like that for a week stay is annoying. Also some basic food staples are usually good in VRBO’s like cooking spray, salt and pepper, etc. Having to buy all that made me think twice about booking here again. The beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful Week at Orange Beach!!

Our first visit to Orange Beach and thoroughly enjoyed it! Condo was easy to find, short walking distance to restaurants and shops and 14th floor unit was amazing! Highly recommend!!

We so enjoyed this short vacay. Nice place and will visit again! We were unsure about the dishwasher- we never could figure out the settings completely- but I think we finally got a clean load on the last morning hahahaha. The ice maker didn’t make a lot of ice while our stay.. however, none of these things would keep us away from another stay.

Awesome vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Summer House condo Unit 1402A. It was clean, roomy and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the nice balcony over looking the Gulf Shore. Highly recommend and we hope to return another time. The whole booking and checking in/out was a breeze. Thank you for offering this beautiful condo.

Love orange beach and summerhouse

While this property was great and we were very happy there were just some minor things that could have been better. When we arrived the floors weren't clean, bedding and towels could use an upgrade and we had one TV that didn't work. Also it was very dark in the kitchen and after checking discovered several light bulbs not working. All things we could live with, we swept the floors and a TV repairmen came the next day so all was good. There is nowhere better than this area and Summer House. Will be back

Great get away

The only complaints I have is it seems the cleaning service didn't clean the floors and there was sand all over but we swept it up and it was fine. The other thing is the sliding doors are extremely hard to slide open and close. Other than those two things the condo is decorated very cute and enjoyed our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable also. Kitchen seemed to have everything you would need.
