The Enclave is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

We had such a great time at the property! Great location, beautiful beach views, friendly people! Great access to grocery store and shops. We did have an issue with the ice maker but contacted the owners. Owners were responsive and kind! Would definitely stay with them again!

Overall the condo was nice! I felt that it could have been cleaner (floors) I have an almost 1 year old who is crawling everywhere and he’s knees and tops of his feet stayed black. From the floor! Aside from that everything was in order and very nice! Parking was limited but it worked for the couple days we stayed!

Condo needed a good cleaning. Parking sucked. They needed to do something about the lack of parking. I’m handicapped and wasn’t about to park across the street about two blocks away. Dishwasher didn’t wash dishes. Service company came and it still didn’t work properly. I think the problem was they were in the middle of changing management companies. Vacasa is terrible

The condo was very nice, but located on the second floor so a bit noisy for our group of adults. It is located at the Enclave resort. There is very limited parking here. They give you 2 parking passes, but there is no guarantee that you will be able to park on the resort due to the limited number of spaces. If no space is available they instruct you to go to an overflow parking lot located several blocks away; however you must pay a daily parking rate to park in the overflow. This is not very convenient when coming in with groceries or beach items.

Outdoor pool under construction, lack of parking at busy times

Great location and view! Property was a nice setup, however I believe it needs a thorough cleaning. Owner’s property should all be put away instead of thrown in closets and on top of dressers. We were not aware of the outdoor pool being under construction and we had to walk out to road to use adjoining property to access beach. Also, I did not like the fact that we were told upon arrival that we would have to use public parking 2 miles away if no spaces were available for parking! Could owner/visitor parking area be utilized if no other parking was available? This area was very under utilized! Luckily, we were always able to obtain a parking space but did not leave the unit several evenings when we were there. We all did enjoy ourselves during our visit. Within walking distance to many different stores and restaurants. Thank you!

No parking đŸ˜€

The condo is nice but could use some repairs. The sliding door to the balcony has a broken handle so they’re using a pvc pipe as the door lock 😏 I was taken-back that there wasn’t any secondary door lock (either a bolt or chain). We had to rely that no one else knew to code because you couldn’t secure it once inside. Our trip consisted of five women and that extra security would have been nice. The WORST part of our trip was the inability to park at the property. I spoke with another visitor and they had been there a week and still couldn’t get a parking spot. We parked across the street at Walmart which required crossing the highway at a very busy section. The parking alone should require discounting the cost-I paid more than most condos because it appeared to be a great place in a great location. I would have expected a parking spot.

It would’ve been nice to have a screen door to keep the bugs out. One of us stepped on something sharp in the master bedroom rug. 3 of the burners of the stove weren’t functioning properly. Other than that, we’d come back and stay here again.
