BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

‱ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

‱ NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

‱ AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

‱ CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

‱ CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

‱ MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

‱ PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

‱ CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

‱ WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Code didn’t work when we got there. It’s not a good way to start vacation. But I called and they gave me a code that worked. The condo itself was perfect once we got in. The Pool was nice and clean. Just a short walk to the sand. And the bbq area was a nice place to grill some chicken & steaks. Just do better on getting people the right code to start with.

We really enjoyed the property. Our code didn’t work when we got there but I called the number given and the representative was able to get a new code and we got in while I was in the phone with her. The view was exactly as the photos showed. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was very clean. It was a short walk to the beach. It has almost everything you need for the perfect vacation. There is shopping close by for anything you need for your stay. The deck is was great for meals and hanging out. Wonderful views.

Great place to relax

Condo was within sight of the beach and access was right behind the condo. Building was older but well maintained aside from the elevator being under repair all week. The condo was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Instead of two twin beds as listed, the second bedroom has a double and a twin. If you are looking for a clean, homey stay reasonably priced within walking distance of the beach, this place was excellent.

My daughter’s birthday trip.

Overall our trip was awesome. The only complaint I have is that the hot water wouldn’t stay hot. It was a convenience yo have 2 bathrooms, but if 2 people were to shower at once one would run cold. Other than that everything else 5/5.

Condo was very nice and accomodating. Unfortunate location of pool due to being right beside parking lot of condo and near parking lot for souvenir shop. The music from Holiday Inn next to condos is a little annoying in the evenings.

It was great overall. We have stayed st Seascape many times in different units. The only con this time would be the neighbors above us. It sounded like they stomped and rearranged furniture every day. Other than that, we didn't have any issues.

Nice and close to beach

Condo was nice, clean, and well appointed. The walk to the beach was short. My only “complaint” is that we could see the room was ready (through the window) a couple hours before check in, we called to see if we could check in early and even offered to pay the fee for early check in, but it was not allowed. We still had a good time and it was convenient to all the attractions in Orange Beach.

Perfect Condo and Location!

Loved this condo! Clean, beautiful and everything worked. We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for years and this condo was my favorite so far. Perfect size, location, and layout for a family of 4. The beach view is somewhat obstructed but you are still on the beach side of the main road and the fact that its a smaller condo makes up for it because we never once waited on an elevator and a souvenir shop is literally steps from the parking area for any beach toys you may have forgotten. Cant brag on this place enough!

Lacking Security & Comfort

The sliding glass door to the primary bedroom is old and original to this condo and doesn't lock. The balcony is accessible from the adjacent condo and could easily be entered. When I mentioned my security concern to Beachball Properties/The Owner (wasn't ever sure who I was really talking to) simply said "Thanks for letting us know" and I never heard from them again. No apology, no "We'll be sure to get that fixed right away" - nothing. Another major issue was the lumpy and very thin mattress in the primary bedroom. Was so glad we only booked 3 nights since my husband and I got almost no sleep. I tried the pullout bed in the couch in the living room and it was about the same. The rest of the condo was nice and clean and would have been perfect except for us feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. I wish the owners had been more responsive and shown even the slightest concern.
