Welcome to See You Later, a luxury 7-bedroom Orange Beach vacation home located in the sought-after, beachside Cottages at Romar community. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, this stunning vacation retreat offers the perfect blend of modern coastal design and luxurious comfort, just steps away from the beach.

With 7 spacious bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, See You Later comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups. This luxury beach home boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, an expansive living area with ample seating, and stunning views of the Gulfside courtyard. Step outside to relax on the spacious terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and lounging. Guests also enjoy access to the community’s lagoon-style pool and a private boardwalk, offering direct access to the pristine beach just steps away.

The top floor of the home is the main level, which includes the living space, kitchen, and main deck. On this floor, the open-concept kitchen and living room flow onto a terrace overlooking the pool and the Gulf. This level also features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including the master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. Downstairs, the first floor offers five additional bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing stunning views and ensuring every guest can enjoy a private and comfortable retreat.

Beautiful Home - NOT what was described while booking.

While this home and neighborhood are very beautiful and my family and I had a wonderful stay, the online description of this house on every online posting/booking site is INCORRECT. I was told on multiple platforms (to include VRBO and the check in/out app) that this is a home with a MAIN FLOOR living, dining, kitchen and one bedroom on the FIRST FLOOR, with an additional 6 bedrooms UPSTAIRS on the SECOND floor. This is WRONG! This is a house with 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms on the FIRST floor and UPSTAIRS is the living, kitchen, dining and 2 more bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms located on the SECOND floor. I would not have booked this house if I had known this information. I booked this home for my family and I for our yearly vacation to include my father, who due to medical reasons, has trouble climbing multiple levels of stairs. My father had to climb multiple sets of steps (at least 4 sets) EVERY DAY to be able to cook and eat his food in the kitchen located on the SECOND floor. So, while the home itself was clean and updated, had lots of rooms for family, great bedrooms and bathrooms, a short walk to the pool, and a short walk to the beach, this home is not what was described to us on the booking websites and the checking in/out mobile app. Having to worry about my father constantly climbing stairs put a damper on this vacation so we will be very careful with how/whom we book our next vacation rental with.

The stay was good the apartment was nice

Only problem I had was the sheets was soiled and they charged me 151 and some change I wish I had known I would have sprayed some peroxide on the sheets and washed them myself usually when we stay or use VERbo they would tell us to take everything off the bed and put everything by the washing machine but I don’t want to use Kaiser rental any more. Don’t forget I brought the insurance because I was traveling with children other wise everything was was okay thank you
