Staying at this one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo located in the Phoenix X complex will give you the perfect base for creating timeless vacation memories! Only a short drive to numerous attractions, restaurants and shops in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores or a quick stroll to all that the Flora-Bama has to offer!

This condo has a king bed, sleeper sofa, and two oversized chairs that pull out into twin sleepers so there will be plenty of room for your travel group! Most 1 bedroom condos have a single full bathroom but this one has a full bath and a half bath for extra convenience! Fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 6 means that mealtime prep and enjoyment will be a breeze. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig provided. Full sized private balcony overlooks the beach below, providing the perfect place to enjoy coffee or wine while you enjoy the beautiful views of the sun and water! Located on the enclosed part of the 3rd floor - when you step out of the elevator, you'll be in AC/Heat and walking on carpet all the way to the front door.**

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 1 vehicle per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

* CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible.
