This was the best trip ever. Super clean, stocked with everything you could need. Absolutely beautiful views on 9th floor on the beach. We spent most of our time there. Pam was an amazing host. She provided options for restaurants and activities. We hope to return next year.

The Penthouse at Paradise was absolutely lovely. The condo was pristine, & the dĂ©cor had a charming, upscale feel. It’s immediately apparent that Pam and her husband take great pride in their little slice of paradise.While the condo isn’t huge, the space is so thoughtfully designed that it never felt cramped. The patio was the perfect size, & the view was truly unmatched.We visited during spring break, & despite larger condos on either side, the beach never felt overcrowded. The soft white sand & beautiful water made it even more enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, close to restaurants, grocery stores, & anything you might need & it’s a VERY easy walk to the beach. The pool was also lovely.This condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway or a small family. It felt luxurious without the luxury price tag. My daughter & I were in town for a softball tournament, & other families stayed in the Phoenix condos. While those were nice, they paid at least 3x more, & I couldn’t have been happier with our experience here.Pam was extremely communicative & attentive. I didn’t need to reach out during our stay b/c everything was perfect, but she checked in before & after to make sure everything went smoothly. I have no doubt she would have responded quickly if we had needed anything.Check-in is listed as 4:00, but she had the condo ready by noon, which we really appreciated, especially since others nearby weren’t able to check in early at all.We'll stay here again!

This was first trip to Orange Beach and this was a great place for us to stay! The condo is clean and beautiful. The beach is easily accessible, the pool area with hot tub is also nice. It was very quiet. Great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the restaurants that were close by. Our host notified us little earlier then check in to tells us the condo was ready. Would stay here again.

I highly recommend staying at Penthouse at Paradise 9th Floor condo. Beautiful very clean condo with many personal touches. Sunrise views from balcony are beautiful! Perfect quiet location to relax and have fun. Hot tub was hot and not crowded but the vets didn’t work. Host responded timely to my questions. I will happily return someday.

We loved this unit — perfect for a long getaway weekend! The view from the balcony was wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails out there. The unit is extremely well furnished and both kitchen and bathroom supplies were generously stocked. The unit and overall building/elevator were very clean and well maintained. Our communication with Pam was friendly and welcoming and we would definitely love to return to this unit for future beach trips!

The condo was exactly as described and the host was very responsive. It was updated and felt clean and put together. It had all of the amenities you would need for a great stay. The entire complex was very quiet. The beach was very accessible and not crowded at all. We weren’t far from restaurants and activities. The mini golf across the street was great. Overall we would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back.

This condo is perfect. Beautiful views, clean, updated and a great host. Pam had everything needed for our stay. The condo is in a smaller setting so less traffic and noise. Perfect for a quiet getaway. I had a little trouble figuring out the tv but that is all i could say negative and thats just because electronics and myself do not get along lol. Our host even left us a little gift. In all my years staying in condos , i have never had that kind of gesture from a host. I will definitely be seeing if this condo is available for my next stay.

We had a peaceful stay at the Penthouse! We read, did a puzzle, and relaxed. So close to the beach, pool and hot tub were lovely, and all the local food places were amazing. Check in and and out were smooth and easy. Everything was very clean and all the amenities were amazing. Views from the balcony were amazing, especially the dolphins every morning! Even witnessed someone get engaged on the beach - truly memorable! Will book again!!

Walt and Pam are absolutely amazing hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their home is beautifully furnished, well-cared for, and has a picturesque view that you can get lost in all day. There is comfortable furnishings in the unit for families and the location cannot be beat. We will definitely be making this our go to spot for future use! We simply cannot say enough about the folks, the place, and the area! We’re enamored!

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. We loved being in a smaller building amongst all the other big condos, made the elevator wait time much shorter and the parking much easier. The view from the balcony was amazing, we saw dolphins several times from our balcony as well as the pirate ship! The condo is close to everything, loved having a Publix down the road and all the shops close by too. Pam was a great host, she let us know our condo was ready early and her responsiveness to a text was always very quick. Overall, it was a wonderful condo and we will be back the next time we visit Orange Beach.

The room is absolutely gorgeous! It was super clean and came stocked with some extra things like k-cups. I loved making my coffee and sitting on the balcony every morning. We saw the dolphins every morning we were there as well. The condo only has 36 units total so it’s much smaller than the big, multi building condos it’s next to. This was perfect as we never had to worry about finding a close parking spot and never had to wait on the elevator. In fact, we only had one ride with other people in the elevator for the entire stay! The bed is super comfy and the linens are super soft. There are plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc and the washer and dryer are easy to use for washing bathing suits, beach towels, etc. Pam was wonderful to rent from and great to communicate with. Highly recommend this condo for a couple or small family. It’s also right across the street from two really great restaurants (Wolf Bay & Doc’s seafood). We walked to both during our stay and the food and drinks were excellent. Last thing we loved about the condo was how well the air worked! We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back again.

Our stay was all we had hoped for and more! The cleanliness was spot on! The things they had stocked for us was so nice
 chairs, umbrella, binoculars so my boys could see the dolphins, along with all the necessities I didn’t have to deal with buying. It was the most perfect spot for our family of 4! I miss the view already, but after such an amazing week we have already talked about going back next year! Pam was such a good communicator and I just can’t say enough good things about our experience!!
