This charming 948 sq. ft. retreat is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxed beach getaway just steps from the sand.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

‱ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

‱ NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

‱ AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

‱ CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

‱ CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

‱ MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

‱ PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

‱ CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

‱ WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Great Getaway!!

What a great experience!! The beaches were not overcrowded, we think because no huge condo towers around! Right in the center of OB. One problem with door code resolved in minutes, even at 11:00 p.m. very clean unit was exactly as described!! Will definitely stay here again.

Nice spot close to the beach

Great location close to the beach and nice deck with table to eat at. Only complaint is the cleanliness. The floors were dirty. Came in the first day without going outside and our feet were dirty black from walking barefoot in there. (Family that takes shoes off at the door) Asked Beachball for a vacuum and mop and they showed up with a mop but no way to clean the dirty floors. Definitely has not had a good cleaning in while for the whole place.

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We had everything we needed. The condo was very nice and clean! And the short walk to the beach was perfect. We plan on returning next year.

Thumbs down “beachball properties”

Decent place, walking distance to beach. Check in was simple, as the door code was sent just before 4pm. Primary bedroom only had local broadcast channels. Other bedrooms were smart TV’s Called the first morning about the dishwasher not operating. Maintenance came by and said it wouldn’t be fixed till after we check out. That night a waterline burst in the wall so we got to meet the local on call plumber and then wash all the towels we used to clean the floor. Next morning we are waiting for the elevator when someone lets us know that someone is trapped in it. We then had to carry our loaded down beach cart down the steps. Lucky we were only one floor up. In all it wasn’t a horrible experience, we met a guy who identified as an owner and a grounds keeper who were very friendly and pleasant.

Perfect and relaxing

This was the perfect spot. A friend got married on the beach at gulf shores park and my birthday was also this weekend. The place was in the perfect spot, had everything you need with applicances, dishes, cookware, and beach toys. Only complaint we have is the parking spots are very small for a big truck.. but i think thats most condos out there. Other than that ita perfect, style is so cute and beache access was not far at all. We will be back. Thank you!

Good location

Short walk to beach and there’s an arcade and putt putt across the rd. Restaurant across the street. Parking is tight for a full size vehicle. We would stay here again. (Some reason there was only one wash cloth per bathroom, Dollar Gen fixed that.).

Great Place!

We really liked the location and area of this rental. We didn't feel like we were in the midst of all the traffic, yet close to everything. The view was peek-a-boo of the ocean, but you could still see it & it was very relaxing sitting on the balcony. Both beds were comfy (didn't use top bunk). It was also very quiet inside the condo, didn't hear neighbors above or next door. The only thing-wifi signal was a bit spotty during our visit. Place was very clean. Only a short walk to the beach. We felt very safe in the area. This is now my go-to for OBA stays!

Perfe for what we needed

The unit seems recently renovated, clean enough. Washer and dryer worked fine, as did all other appliances we used (fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, microwave). There were plenty silverware/plates/bowls/cups for us. The one thing I wish we had was a better vacuum than the handheld one that was in the room. It blew back all the sand at you while trying to use it. So we kind of just accepted the fact that we’d be walking on sand the entire time. The walk to the beach is definitely manageable. The unit is not directly on beach, but extremely close. I’d say about 3 minute walk from condo to beach. The pool was ok, but not super kid friendly as the “shallow end” was pretty deep (4ft maybe, I don’t remember) and small, so all the kids and some adults were kind of forced to hang out in this small area so they could reach the bottom. Overall, the condo was just what we were looking for.

Great condo for a family vacation.

We enjoyed the unexpected extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Good location, parking for two cars, not too many units so the pool wasn't crowded. We would certainly stay there again!

The condo was perfect for my mom, daughters, and I. The condo was clean and accurate to the listing. They included a nice binder with suggestions for restaurants and rainy day activities. Check-in/out was seamless. We will definitely consider staying here again should we visit Orange Beach again in the future!

I was pleased with the property, unfortunately there was a lot of construction going on and it created a lot of noise. Other than that, the unit was very nice, the location very good, parking good and reasonable priced.
