Welcome to Pelican Pointe 1104, your ideal beachfront getaway in Orange Beach, where luxury and comfort meet the tranquility of the Gulf shores. Positioned on the 11th floor, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers the perfect blend of homely comfort and modern amenities.

Step into the Primary suite and find your private haven with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The suite is completed with a private bathroom designed for relaxation. In addition, the second bedroom offers the comfort of a Queen bed, while the third bedroom features two Twin-Over-Full bunk beds, making it an ideal space for kids or additional guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, ensuring entertainment and relaxation for everyone.

This condo is crafted to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, with a layout that encourages togetherness and relaxation. The living area, adorned with a large flat-screen TV and a cozy sofa sleeper, opens to a spacious private balcony. Here, you can savor breathtaking views and the soothing sounds of the Gulf.

Perfect for a friend group!

The property is very clean and safe. It was a perfect for our Bachelorette trip. The location is perfect and allows easy access to the beach. The property manager is in contact with you frequently and is open to receive messages at any time. Very pleased with this rental!

Our stay at Pelican Pointe was even better than we had anticipated. The ease of check in, the cleanliness, and friendly on-site staff helped make this a great trip from the start! Perfect stay

We loved our stay. The room was great! And you can’t beat the location. There were some things in the condo that needed updated but the overall experience was great. We would definitely stay again. The only negative was the exercise room. It was only a bike and treadmill and no other weights and the room was very small.

Our stay was good overall. There was a maintenance item with light/ceiling fan that did not work the entire time. Staff came and looked at it, but it wasn't repaired during our stay. Location was nice.

Fall Beach Trip

The weekend was very enjoyable because of the location and friendships in our group, and the condo was reasonably clean. However, it is seriously in need of updating, has too few electrical outlets, lacks lamps for relaxing lighting and dimmer switch in dining area doesn’t even work! The rugs in living area and bath are dingy, dirty and very worn. Refrigerator door drags upon opening also.

Condo was nice except it was under construction. We could not use the balcony due to no rail. The swimming pool was shut down do the above construction on the building. The construction drills were annoying when trying to sleep in. None of these details were when booking the condo in May. The beachfront was nice with easy access. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach

Awesome condo

Amazing condo, just as pictured. Very clean. Condo is easy access to beach, wasn’t super crowded and the pool was also very clean. Communication was great with rental company. Only downside was that there was loud construction from 8-630p every day right outside our balcony at the condo next door. Was very loud all day and could see the workers all day right outside our balcony. Realize they can’t control renovations at other condos, but we would’ve liked to know it was going on. It was fortunately quiet inside the condo but hard to enjoy the balcony.

Excellent unit in a great location.

Renting and checking in and out were very easy. Only one parking pass for a three bedroom. Second pass was quite expensive and the parking lot was maybe half full. The cleaning company obviously was in and out quickly. The floors were not clean, nor were the rugs. Only two wash cloths in each bathroom. Refrigerator door did not close well and a portion of the cabinet under the sink was loose and fell off. The unit itself was really nice and decor was pretty. The beds were comfortable.

Oops balcony closed

I loved the inside of the condo. Very clean and comfortable. Was very upset about the balconies being closed. That’s one of the main things we love about being beach side. And because construction was on the side of the pool, it was closed for safety reasons. I was celebrating my birthday and was disappointed. Saying all this, I know the repairs had to be done. I always rent from Brett Robinson but tried a different company this time. I would come back but will make sure the patio is open.

Wish the owners knew

Wish the property owner knew how incredibly rude and unprofessional this rental group was. I realize things have changed since covid, and that finding good people to work is tough, but they created alot of anxiety and uncertainty. I also realize that something are out of their control as well, but that shouldn't include professionalism and general kindness. None of us had ever been to Orange Beach and we all fond it to be a treasure and really enjoyed it...but we will have to be more careful about who we rent from/where we stay

Unit needs attention

View of the Gulf was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. S Stores and restaurants were very close. Issues; washer washes with hot water when cold water is selected. Ceiling fan in family room did not work. Light figures...most were not hung straight. Flooring was full of gaps...poor install performed. We were met with variety of bugs / roaches every morning. Refrigerator door seal is pulled loose and doesn't seal well. Ceiling above stove and island...filthy. Deck / furnishings were great. Vacuum and broom provided came in handy.
