This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located on the first floor and offers a direct beachfront view with easy access to the sand and surf. With tile flooring throughout, this coastal escape blends style, comfort, and convenience for the ultimate beach getaway. Relax in the inviting living area on the full-sized sleeper sofa or catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a home-cooked dinner after a day of fun in the sun. A full-sized washer and dryer provide added convenience to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay.

***Sugar Beach is undergoing elevator modernization project currently. During this period, only one elevator is planned to be operational in the building.

Parking passes are required, limited to 2 per reservation. Passes are purchased onsite from the security guard for $35 each (cash only).

The company that oversees property was fantastic answering all my questions. The actual property is great. 3 pools and a snack shack. The condo was clean but could use a little touch up and updating but nothing to stop me from staying again.

This condo was in Sugar Beach Condos. I have stayed in this complex for over 30 years and love it! One small issue in condo and fixed within an hour. Easy walk to beach snd restaurants close by.

A little effort would greatly improve this property

The condo was advertised as charming and all the other things you would want when you go to the beach. I will agree that the view was nice and the location was easy to find. After that, most everything else fell short of meeting our expectations for the money that was paid to rent for the week. Here is a list of problems - the master bath toilet did not flush and overflowed (it was never fixed while we were there even though we called), the tile is missing, cracked, or loose throughout the condo, the furniture is old and outdated as well as uncomfortable, the kitchen counters are chipped and not in good shape, air vents were missing in the ceiling and the ceiling had water stains. The door in the extra bath was swollen at the bottom from water damage, the plug in the extra bath is loose, vent fans in the bathrooms were shoved in place, the rug in the kitchen is worn and needs replacing, the master bedroom bed/matress is noisy and creaks when you sit/lay on it, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom is loose on the ceiling and sways and rattles when turned on. I could go on, but I think that is enough for one review. The air did work well and the shower had good water pressure. There were plenty of towels. As mentioned earlier, the view was good, but know that you will hear all the pool noise. I would not recommend this condo until effort is made to make it better and it is decorated with something more than dollar/thrift store accessories.
