First and foremost, this is an incredible property and I highly recommend itâdespite a frustrating experience with the property manager. The condo itself is excellent: clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed. We stayed as a family of four (two adults, one elementary-aged child, and one middle schooler), and it was perfect. Kudos to the owners for creating such a welcoming space.Unfortunately, the property management (Brett/Robinson, referred to here as BR) fell short. We were told check-in instructions would be sent the day of arrival, but we never received them. After multiple attempts to reach BR, we still had no access information. Thankfully, a kind front desk staff member helped usâotherwise, we would have been without a place to stay. BR followed up the next day, which was disappointing given the situation. Had the front desk attendant not helped us, I'm curious where BR expected us to sleep? In our car? I also requested a 1â2 hour late check-out and received no response. If itâs not possible, thatâs fineâbut communication matters. Don't just ghost us. Tell us no. Lastly, be aware: BR provides extras like paper towels and toiletries, but no additional toilet paperâjust whatâs left on the roll. The front desk canât provide more either. Not a dealbreaker, but helpful to know in advance.Overall, a fantastic condo with poor communication from management. The owners deserve five stars. BR deserves zero.
