Stay and relax in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was spared when decorating this condo, with a 65'' SMART 3D TV with sound-bar and Blue ray 3D player in the living room, a 55'' SMART TV in the master, 40'' SMART TV with DVD player in the 2nd bedroom and 40'' SMART wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom. Tile throughout, no carpet!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views with a hightop table for 2, best spot on the beach for dolphin watching! A wet-bar with a wine cooler and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. There are also two queen sized sleeper sofas for sleeping up to 12. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower with dual shower heads. The stand alone shower in the master bath and guest bath has safety bars installed. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a standard and keurig coffee maker.

Unit is on the White Linen Program!

White linen program means all towels, sheets, bed quilts and pillow shams are washed every time at a commercial laundry care facility. All linens are washed in 150 degrees commercial washers with EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.
