Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath tile throughout condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 55'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 42'' in the 2nd bedroom and 42'' tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views from the 19th floor. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10. There is also a pack and play available.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Location and amenities were great! Enjoyed beach and lazy river as well as all the wonderful nearby restaurants. Our condo was clean and adequately supplied with necessities. It did have 2 light bulbs out and the comforters on the beds need replacing. They are well used. Booking and checkin/checkout process was so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Especially when the condos accommodate so many, there will likely be multiple vehicles.

Condo was Perfect. right height saw lots of dolphins love watching people love walking the beach. indoor pool was to cold for time of year did complain about that but after three weeks started getting warmer still i would and i am staying here again next year truly is my Happy Place 😍😍😍

Wonderful Accommodations. Had a few hiccups but they were resolved quickly. One thing I did notice was the linings on the master bed did not fit properly and were a little worn. But other than those small things, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. We will be back

Overall a good experience. The condo was so spacious and very clean. Easily fit 8 adults and 3 toddlers. The main and probably only complaints I’d have is that the parking passes 1. Do not come with the condo and 2. Are 60 PER CAR. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like that’s a little ridiculous. Also, check in is 4:30 which is so late. Other than that, we loved it and would stay again!! Just a reminder for your stay… pack coffee filters and sugar because we forgot and that was no fun haha)

However, this unit has not been set up well for guests. The beds are very old and do not have mattress covers. The kitchen is bare bones with limited cooking items (no wine key!). We had to call management several times to fix a variety of items, including the sliding glass door that wouldn't open and the dishwasher which kept breaking on us. The whole point of booking through VRBO is that home-away-from-home feel which this unit did not have.

Not a clean place and the elevators are a major issue

Out bed linens were terrible we had to complain about them, our towels were full of hairs so we washed them. The elevator took forever to catch. Will not stay there again. Was not worth how much it was a night. Furnishings were not very nice either.

Nice But Overpriced

We have stayed in several condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and although this one was decent, it definitely seemed overpriced compared to some we’ve stayed in before. One big inconvenience for the condo was the balcony door. It was extremely tough to open the balcony door. It took 2 adults to pull the door open and shut it. There were not any extra sheets or pillowcases for the fold out bed and pillows. This was also the first condo we’ve stayed in that didn’t have any kind of beach supplies to borrow such as chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, etc. It was a nice condo with good amenities for kids such as the pools, splash pad, and beach access, but just with some of our other experiences, we feel that this visit was overpriced.

Great size unit for two families of 4; beautiful views, great amenities, we loved the lazy River, easy check in and great location to restaurants and grocery store. Being right on the beach is always a plus! A couple of nuisances: elevator situation, for a bldg so large elevators should work better, waited 45 minutes to get up to our room and only after calling security to allow us up the staff/owner elevator. Wifi is awful if you plan on needing to work some while away don’t count on it, isn’t possible with the unaccessible wifi. Dishwasher wasn’t unloaded, it was FULL of dishes, and at least they were clean but considering the cleaning fee we already pay i would have preferred not to have had to unload someone else’s dishes. Again minor nuisances overall loved our stay! Side note, if your expecting ocean water like Pensacola or Destin, don't. Doesn’t even compare.

Only complaint is that the beach chair rental takes up the entire beach in front of the hotel and the one on each side as well so if you don’t rent their chairs the. You have to either sit practically out in the water or walk a little ways down the beach for an open spot. Isn’t a bad walk unless you’re pulling a wagon full of beach chairs and cooler. Overall, it was a good experience.

The rooms were clean and spacious, many extra pillows, and the TV’s were all working and easy to use. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need, though the main pan could probably use replacing as it is worn through. The kitchen trashcan was also filthy, so we just used grocery bags. Oh, last thing was my son tried to use the tub jest and ewe... made us all gag what came out. Weather was glorious for this time of year. So much breeze. And the jellyfish 🤦🏻‍♀️ Otherwise we loved our trip. Having breakfast and dinner on the balcony.
