First the condo was nice and clean. HOWEVER if you do have any issues don’t expect to get help from the owner!!! Although the leak in the guest room around the ceiling fan/light fixture was nothing he could prevent he could have at least acted as if he cared. The condo above ours washing machine overflowed causing the issue and soaking the bed. I called him that night. He answered after the second call only to say well I’ll try to get someone tonight if not in the morning. No I’m sorry nothing!! We talked with the security guard who contacted maintenance and he came over. Basically nothing could be done it just had to dry out which it did by the next morning. They slept on the couch bed that night and washed bedding and was able to sleep in the bed the next night. I asked him to keep me up to date on what was happening that night and it was not until 1:00 pm that I got a text from the owner the next day asking if everything was fine and a I’m sorry then. If it wasn’t for the lack of caring on the owners part I would have still given this place a 5 star even with dealing with the leak but that’s huge red flag for me. We won’t be back

Great place!

10/10 recommend. The condo was nice & clean! Brad (the host) was very nice & easy to get in touch with. The property has plenty of pools to accommodate the amount of guest and the walk to the beach is practically nothing! There is a little walk-up shop by the ground level pools that sells food, drinks, and other items. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Well supplied unit. Enjoyed our stay.

This is our 5th year. Keep coming back. Only issue was heated pool was cool the first portion of stay. Then they turned on heaters. Wish it would of been warm right away. Everyone is always friendly. Building always clean.

This condo was more than what i anticipated it to be! The pictures of this listing do not do it justice! We've stayed at other condos in this building and hands down this one is my favorite! Spacious and is decorated perfectly! The beds were super comfortable and the condo itself was stocked with everything you'd have at home! The view of the ocean from the balcony was great! This whole place was great and will book again if available for out trip next summer!

Fine for what we needed

The condo was lovely. We had several family members book units in the same building and our condo was by far the nicest. It was clean and well maintained. The main areas offered plenty of space and both bedrooms were very comfortable. Only one problem. The available coffee maker (that had mismatched parts) did not work at all, it didn't even turn on. I took pics and a video and sent a message via VRBO and received a prompt response basically indicating that it worked fine w/ previous guests, offering no solution. We certainly did not appreciate the curt response and were forced to go out the next morning and buy our own coffee maker. We would hope that our host would make sure all appliances are working properly before check in.

Beautiful, clean, and well maintained condo on the beach! The property was exactly as described and pictured. There was a great supply of towels and washcloths available. The condo was beautifully decorated and carried the beach vibe from outside. Great location with the beach just feet away. Three pools, plus a kiddie pool are available as well as the Sugar Shack with treats and drinks. Sugar Shack is cash only, I noticed. This was our 4th trip to Orange Beach, second trip to Sugar Beach condos. This has been our favorite condo by far. We will definitely stay again when we visit Orange Beach.

Spring Break Family Trip

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was just as advertised and very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Plenty to do if you want to sight see and just right if you want to be a beach bum!
