Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the many restaurants and shops, including San Roc Cay.

Disclaimer: Google Maps lists the beach as a 2-minute walk, though most guests find it's closer to a 10–15 minute stroll, depending on pace and route.

Truly a million dollar view!

What a great condo! It’s close to everything. The property was well maintained and super quiet. The condo itself had everything and was well stocked with an everything you’d need to cook! It was beautifully furnished! The view was incredible in the mornings with coffee and in the evening with wine! Thank you for having us!

Fabulous Place

Huge condo in a wonderful location - could see sunrises and sunsets from the balcony, dolphins every day and a great variety of birds. An Osprey even perched on the railing one day!. The small private beach and grill areas facing the intracostal was wonderful. The building has been refreshed and is very clean and well maintained. We walked to the Gulf Steamer (next shopping area past Alvin's Island) and would recommend it. Considered The Gulf across the street but didn't want to risk crossing the busy highway. Everything else was a quick easy drive (just turn right onto the parkway). We would definitely consider staying here again! I dug deep to find something to 'complain' about - our friends stayed in the master bedroom and thought the mattress was too soft (probably a three bears thing) and the balcony chairs and couch were weather worn, however, the cushions were newer and completely comfortable. And given the likely higher homeowners dues to repaint and remodel the entire building, it made sense that this might have been lower on a priority list. We loved the place - thank you!

Amazing balcony and view!!!

We had such an amazing stay! We loved the balcony, the view from every window, the hundreds of boats that passed by, the private beach right below the balcony, the dolphins that splashed and played right in front of us...several times, and the wonderful restaurant selection, all nearby! There was construction going on around us (right next door, specifically) for most of the time and we would have liked to have known that. It started at 8, if not before, and kept us from being able to sleep in, which we like to do a little of while on vacation. Otherwise, the communi7cation was really super. I mostly texted with very fast responses.The a/c was generally very cool, but it got a little warm in the #2 and #3 bedrooms at night. The place is spacious and had plenty of room to move around. The location is really close to everything. We were very happy minus all of the banging and saw and drill noises. I'm sure it isn't like that all of the time. As I read from another guest, we couldn't get in when we first arrived because our door code didn't work. It took an hour to finally get a new one. Once we received it, it was smooth sailing from there. You need to consider this delightful spot!

My daughter and her friend, as well as, myself and a friend all stayed here. It was amazing! The views were incredible and the space was top notch. Lots of things to do for both age groups. We will definitely be back! Loved it!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and in a great location. The property management were also very helpful. In many of our rentals there is not enough general space for family time. This condo had generous family and personal space. The condo was worth the money we spent. We rent a place every year and this was the best overall we have ever rented.

Gorgeous!

Ok, so this condo was truly amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had to call for the correct door code which was slightly annoying after a long drive but it was remedied quickly and pleasantly. It was not mentioned in the listing that a lot of construction was under way, so that was off putting at first, especially since the out door pool was out of commission. I would have stayed there regardless of this, but would have liked to have been informed. The pool opened the last couple days we were there as well so that was a lovely surprise . The private beach area is quaint and easy to get to for a quick dip and there are several public beaches within 5 minutes drive.

The unit itself was perfect. Nice furnishings, clean, and the view was amazing. Our only complaint was the construction that was going on during our stay. Grinding and sandblasting woke us up early a few mornings. When they finish up the repairs from Hurricane Sally to the dock and the building it will be great.

Vacation off to a not so good start.

Wrong door codes 2 different times stayed outside in hallway for over an hour. Great condo overall but they had work noise on top of building right over our condo which was ridiculous. Overall we would stay at condo again.

Fantastic condo — wish I could give more stars!!

The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous — very spacious with incredible views. We stayed for a baseball tournament and had easy access to fields in Pensacola, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Walked across the street twice to eat at the Gulf and to the surf shop. Beach access close by and no problem parking. The pool was great — kids loved it and plenty of room for parents to lounge and relax. Staff and residents were very friendly. We had a tiny maintenance issue and it was resolved very quickly and easily. Would absolutely stay here again!
