Step inside 3 Little Birds, a spacious Orange Beach vacation home located in the idyllic Parks Edge community. Adjacent to the Gulf State Park and steps away from the beach, 3 Little Birds is in the perfect location to enjoy all the natural resources the Alabama Gulf Coast offers. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, 3 Little Birds welcomes you with immaculately designed coastal interiors and an enchanting community that feels removed from the hustle and bustle of urban life.

Offering 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this Orange Beach vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. 3 Little Birds' features include a fully stocked chef's kitchen and expansive living room seating to accommodate the whole family. Plus, family time is top of mind with an oversized front deck and a ground-level patio complete with a BBQ pit and ample outdoor seating.

What's more, The Parks Edge community offers numerous family-friendly amenities, including an outdoor pool, deeded beach access nearby, and exclusive access to the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail through Rosemary Dunes. Nature enthusiasts enjoy trail runs, bike rentals, golf cart rides, and much more!

Upon entry to the main floor of 3 Little Birds, guests are greeted by an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with access to both the outdoor patio and front porch. The main floor also offers a spacious bedroom outfitted with a king bed and en suite bath, a powder room just off the hallway, and a full-size laundry room with an extra refrigerator and ice maker. Upstairs includes 4 more bedrooms; a master suite with en suite bath, another king bedroom, 1 guest room with a queen bed, and 1 guest room with a queen bed plus bunks. Beyond the family-friendly floor plan, this Orange Beach vacation home offers comfortable indoor and outdoor seating for every guest, plus generous flat-screen TVs in the living areas and every bedroom.

Important Notes

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their stay. We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. Smoking is not permitted. Winter monthly guests are welcome. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning Protocol which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. The private parking and driveway accommodate 4 vehicles. Strict adherence to a maximum occupancy of 12 guests is required at all times.

spacious home

we went here for our daughters softball tournament. There were 3 couples, 3 daughters and grandma. There was plenty of room and just about everything you need. No beach towels but everything else you need for the beach like umbrellas, beach cart, buckets, noodles, chairs, boards, etc. The kitchen was really nice but there could've been more dish towels and dish cloths, bigger pan for making meals for large groups of 10 and maybe salt and pepper shakers. Extra bed sheets would be nice too. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beach stay

The house was beautiful and had everything our family needed for our stay. With 8 adults and three kids we did rent a golfcart to go to the beach but it wasn't that long of a walk if we had to. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for us. We had 5 couples total and one teen, it was great because all of us had our own room and there were plenty of bathrooms to get ready in. Perfect number of bedrooms for 7 adults and 3 little ones. Very clean and nice house. House is a little walk from the beach but not bad at all. Very quiet neighborhood backed up to the state park. Enjoyed going on the paved trails in the state park. Also enjoyed the pool which was conveniently situated.

Nice big house in great neighborhood.

The house is beautiful and accommodated us well with 3 king beds so all the couples were happy. The kitchen is well equipped. Only thing was the small ice maker so bring some ice if you have lots of people. The thermostat is set to an automatic setting so the upstairs would get hot at night but the management and owners were quick to remedy the issue. The walk to the beach is not bad and there is a stop light at the main highway so you can cross over safely. Orange Beach doesn't allow tents near the shore so you will have to bring or rent umbrella's. Overall we were please with our stay.

Our Much Needed Vacation

The property was amazing. The home is even more beautiful in person and the property management is amazing. We completely enjoyed our time here and it was such an easy and short walk to the gulf at beautiful Orange Beach. Great location for shopping, groceries, restaurants, OWA Amusement Park, The Wharf, the waterpark, the Track...you name it. So thankful for the time we were able to spend together at Parks Edge 3 Little Birds. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. God bless and Thank you.
