Overall stay was nice. However there are not 3 king beds and one queen as listed, there are 2 kings and 2 queens. Room does have an ice maker at the wet bar, that was a nice surprise. Water in showers and kitchen is hot and has lots of pressure, which we loved! Good location at the beachfront, not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. There is not always ample parking so we wanted to walk to as much as we could so as to not lose our parking space.

Nice location and overall we enjoyed the trip. However, we had some issues with lights not working as well as some bugs in the condo. The lights on the patio overlooking the beach/ocean weren't working. It was completely dark out there.

Great condo and location - bring your own pillow & blow dryer

Overall our stay was really good! The condo was clean and looked just as pictured. I deducted one star because the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The beds were great, but the pillows were not. I also found it odd that the condo did not have a blow dryer for guest to use. So, bring your own pillows and a blow dryer. Everything else was great, thanks!

Nice stay!

There were 5 of us, ranging from ages 13 to 75. It was spacious, we all had our own space, a great view of the gulf, so close to the beach. Overa stay was confortable and lovely. As other reviewers have said, some items and areas of the condo could use some updating, but doesn't take away from the overall stay in my opinion. I do suggest that the panes on the balcony be cleaned more often as you are unable to see anything through them while sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the view. One of us cleaned a couple of the panes so we could see. The only other thing I would say is the main area floors could be a tad cleaner... if we walked barefoot, our feet were very dirty. Despite those couple of things, all of us enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you!

A group of friends stayed for an event in Orange Beach the room was clean and the view was beautiful. Definitely worth the money would stay there again.

Great location, definitely just a rental property

As the saying goes- you get what you pay for. The location was great and the facilities were great! We enjoyed having an indoor and outdoor pool, even if the indoor pool was on the chilly side! The unit itself was worn down. You can tell it’s an investment property for the owner and they put little to no money into repairs and maintaining the home. The price was great for a four bedroom, but I understand why they price it that way. One of the shelves in the fridge was broken and the glass was missing, but the broken shelf frame was still in the fridge. With it being a four bedroom house, we had 10 people staying and having the extra room in the fridge would have been nice. The carpet is so gross and worn. It was also wet upon arrival in one bedroom at the bathroom entrance. We never figured this out, but eventually it dried in a day or two. This flooring needs to be replaced. The beds were okay, but I don’t expect the most comfortable bedding at a beach rental. I think most slept fine on them. The cleaners did a mostly good job cleaning, which helps, but the condo just needs a little bit of touching up and repairs to make it how I’d expect a rental to be. With that being said, if some of the things were repaired/updated I would consider staying here again, but not with that carpet.

Great beachfront location and close to restaurants and grocery and retail stores. Property is comfortable, but could use some updating. Upholstery and carpets need professional cleaning. One bathroom had a cabinet door off the hinges. Garbage disposal was broken. Management was very helpful with bringing blankets when we asked but they were for twin beds, not king and queen sizes. Overall, the property was comfortable but could use some TLC. The pools were great and management helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a great trip at this unit. It is very large, relatively clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and very nice. The beds are relatively comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is very easy, parking was never a problem and the overall crowds were reasonable. Book this one with confidence.

Condo was not clean had stains on the carpet in a couple places in 2 bedrooms, comforters on beds with stains, parking was horrendous, no option for overflow unless you paid for uber or walked 1/2 mile, not enough parking for the number of Condos in complex. The only plus was the beach access and views of the gulf.

This property is not in good shape. Popcorn ceilings falling all into the beds and living room furniture. You get two parking passes but you are guaranteed ZERO spots. We had to park about 1/2 a mile away and pay to park. The pool is too small for this many guests and appeared unclean. Wouldnt go in the pool on a bet.

One bedroom uninhabitable

One of the bedrooms was unusable because carpet was soaked with water. When we called vacasa they told us they would have someone come out. No one ever came out, I asked for call back and never received. Would not ever rent a vacasa property again. Completely unresponsive!

**Needs improvement**

I reached out to Vacasa on the first day at the property to let them know about issues we noticed upon arrival. The condo was dirty all over. There appeared to be a recent and large spill in one of the bedrooms that wasn’t cleaned. I was not successful in getting a response. The entire unit needs a facelift. There is quite a bit of wear and tear in the main living space and overall, is very poorly maintained. I would not stay at this particular unit again. The only positive thing I can say is that the location is very convenient.

Good space and location for our family

This was a great space and was clean when we arrived. The layout was great since we could put the kids away from the living space to sleep. Overall, the condo needs some updating
it’s just a little “tired” feeling. The balcony with an ocean side view was a beautiful place to sit. The kitchen was equipped for cooking (but bring your own salt and pepper). We loved the ease of leaving-very little was required of us. There were plenty of towels and linens. It was not busy at the beach during Thanksgiving week and that was really nice. We thought the indoor pool would be heated (not sure if I assumed that or read that) but it was not. Overall, it was quiet, relaxing, and what we needed.

Affordable and Convenient

Condo itself is a bit dated, bit nothing hidden in the photos provided. Location could not have been more central to everything we wanted to do. Right on beach. Indoor pool was a must for late October trip. Overall very pleased.

Beach Getaway

We spent a week here with 5 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. We loved the close beach access and views from the balcony. The kitchen was stocked well, which made cooking for a big group very easy. We were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Our bare feet were very dirty within an hour of being there and most of us opted to wear socks or sandals while on the condo the rest of the visit. The bathrooms could also use some deep cleaning. Otherwise, this was a good condo and we hope to be back again next year.
