Situated on the 22nd floor, this Orange Beach condo rental offers magnificent North views of the stunning Gulf State Park and an indirect view of the Gulf, setting the stage for a memorable stay.

Step into the Primary suite and find yourself in a realm of comfort and luxury, featuring a King bed and a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The second bedroom, equally inviting, offers a King bed and its own private bath, ensuring comfort and privacy. The third bedroom is designed with family in mind, featuring 2 Twin-Over-Full bunk beds and a private bath. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure.

The living room, an inviting space for relaxation and entertainment, includes a flat-screen TV and two Twin fold-out chairs, ideal for accommodating additional guests. The fourth bathroom in the unit adds convenience with its walk-in shower.

Spanning approximately 1,958 square feet, this condo ensures a comfortable stay with wireless internet access and a fully equipped kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wet bar with an ice maker. Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Good place

The property is great if you don’t mind the crowd. Using the elevators can be tricky and waits can be long. Kids loved the pool slide and lazy river. Very convenient to have the bar/grill onsite. If it went for the crowd, this place would definitely be the place to go

Great condo!

My family stayed here and loved every minute of it. The unit was exceptionally clean, views are not of the beach, but still beautiful and actually enjoyed seeing the bay and night life at night all lit up when sitting on the balcony. Walk to the beach was easy (3 young kids and beach gear all in tow) and the amenities were perfect! Something for everyone. Our kids especially loved the water slide. Wonderful trip, great location!

Nice area, pleasant surroundings. Close access to food and shopping. However the elevator wait was ridiculous at times… and if your on 22nd floor the stairs are NOT an option. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Family Vacation

Well equipped unit for our family stay. We enjoyed the amenities of the facility. Comfortable stay. Our only complaint is upon arrival we found trash left from previous guests in the unit and the floors were not cleaned very well. One small note, the dust pan in the unit is broken and should be replaced in the future. Would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Very nice property!!

Over all we had an amazing time!! Property was very nice. Lots of things for our family to do. Balcony was not ocean front, but was nice to have. If u read the reviews about this property the only really bad part is the elevator!! It is absolutely horrible!!! Beach is beautiful, pools were very nice!! Overall would recommend!!

Don’t judge a book by its cover!

Very uncomfortable space. No rugs on tile floors. Mattresses without box springs and stuffed with hay. One sofa in main room more uncomfortable than a church pew. Obviously bargain pieces.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix west ll is very nice but it’s very busy in July. The condo was nice and had a great balcony and view. But all the beds were horrible. The master bed has hole in the middle so you fall in it all night, the bunk beds are like paper. Other then that it was fine.

Needed repairs before we got there.

Chairs on deck were broken. But they were able to bring us more and take them out. Two beds were broken, had to be repaired. Once that was done it was nice. But should have been checked before we got there. Also floor was pretty Sandy and dirty. I had to mop and clean myself. Expected at the beach I guess but should have been cleaned I would think before our arrival. All in all a nice condo.

great location-poor room

We had six adults and six children. Two adults had to sleep on the floor the first two nights due to a bad mattress complicated by a broken bed frame and box springs. The ice maker in the refrigerator seldom worked and the under-the-counter ice maker didn't work at all. We had to spend about $50 on ice for the week. The furniture was mostly scratched and worn and the deck table was well weather-worn. I'M ASKING FOR A FINANCIAL REFUND OF SOME SORT. Your service was great. The room didn't come close to being the quality I expected--am surprised it meets your standards.

Great but…

We did have to wait 45 mins for an elevator before making the decision to take the stairs 13 flights of stairs. When we got to our room we noticed it was hot but we’re just thinking that it’s because we needed to turn ac down. However it continued to get hotter throughout the evening. I called the number and they sent a maintenance guy out the following day but he didn’t fix the issue. I called again and was informed that they knew there were AC issues prior to us coming and they would be sending an AC guy out. The second day we were there the AC guy finally came at 1150 (which I was grateful for). After that the stay was great! We were only there for 4 days so half of our stay was not the best but we made the most of it!

Nice but has some issues

Even though listed as smoke free property, cigarette smoke was evident. Mattresses in master bedroom & bunk room noisy - interrupt sleep. Fridge door left ajar but once closed - cooled well. Fridge water dispenser & ice didn’t work. There is a separate ice machine though. No hand soap provided in condo. Dishwasher filter had food debris which smells. Patio furniture not sturdy enough- leans too far back- not safe. No parking passes provided. 2 at $35 each adds to cost. Should post a picture of third bedroom bunks. Kids slept ok but adults wouldn’t have been comfortable. I gave it 4 stars because the issues can be fixed but I would drop it to 3 if they aren’t. Nice view of the properties across from the condo. Beach makes everything better.

Beautiful property and ammenities, Gulf Front title is a stretch

First, let me say that the checkin and checkout process was seemless, no issues at all. The cleaning crew were actually waiting on us outside as we were leaving (about 30 mins prior to deadline). Had a small issue with tubs draining which was quickly resolved by maintenance staff (hair clog from previous guest or build up). A paint can was sitting on night table in one of tbe guest rooms which was odd, found another can in closet). These really should have been stored prior to arrival. The condo itself was very nice and true to form of the posted pics. We had 4 adults and 2 children (under 5). While we did enjoy the view from the balcony, it was perhaps a Gulf View accommodation if you stood on one end of balcony and looked to the far left. Certainly was not a gulf front room (which to me the title of the listing implies). None the less, beautiful place and easy access to the beach. Loved the pools (we did all pools numerous times). Elevators were a nightmare during the heavy checkin/checkout time period, didnt help that at some point 3 of the 6 were down. Once the weekend was passed, the response time was better. The rules on beach about canopy tents and personal chairs is nuts. Seems like you have to rent from one of the vendors or place yours in the back or far left/right of the condo area. Would not rule out staying here again..... Gulf Front this time..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is wonderful and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was clean, and everyone had plenty of linens. The only problem we had was the AC didn’t work. We checked in on Monday and I messaged the rental company Tuesday morning. They sent someone out shortly thereafter and he confirmed it wasn’t working and said he would need to “call a specialist”. By Wednesday afternoon, I hadn’t heard anything so I messaged again. They sent another person out who changed the air filter and called it a day. Thursday came, it was a balmy 77 degrees in our condo, I messaged again. They called back and said they were trying to get in touch with the owner. We checked out Friday morning. Obviously we are quite disappointed to have spent $2600 for 4 nights in such a nice place, only to eat dinner and play card games with our kids in front of box fans. I get things happen, but I feel like this should’ve been handled better. It was august, in Alabama, everything in our condo felt damp.
