We enjoyed the balcony looking at the ocean, it was beautiful!! The place was great, perfect location. Lots of food choices and shopping within walking distance!

The condo was great. I didn’t know until check in day though that I needed to pick up the key 20 min drive away. Updating the door to a keypad would be great and save guests time on both ends. There is no bathroom at the pool area which is also problematic. For these two reasons I would not rent here again.

For the most part everything was great. Great location, view and beach access (last pic - balcony view). Check in and out was smooth. It’s a little inconvenient going to the gulf shores parkway office for the condo key when there is an office even closer to the Breakers location (as many others have also complained). The biggest thing is that for the price of the condo, it was extremely out of date, worn out and should not have a mildewed shower curtain (see pictures). Did not feel like a home away from home we could relax in

a little disappointing

Location was great, since we wanted biking access to state park, and weather was outstanding. Apartment seems it has withstood a lot of abuse in the past (we have stayed in a lot over the years that were better). We were told the fiber optic people would be in for 3 hrs, but it was 3 consecutive days, the first day being most of the day!! Very dusty afterwards. Checking in with a key and having to return key to st. rte. 59 is a bit of a nuisance. the weather makes up for everything!!

Disappointed

We love this area and have stayed down the beach from this location. This was a last minute booking so we knew we could not be that picky but this was not what we expected. With a little attention and a better cleaning crew this could be a nice place. We will not be returning guests!

Breakers 43

Love the small low density complex. Unit was very spacious, love the 2 King bedroom/2 Full bath arrangement. The Brett Robinson office on Perdido Beach Blvd would have been much more convenient for check in, we would like to have avoided the Hwy 59 congestion and come all the way in on the Express Rd and Canal. Note was on counter upon arrival at unit stated that Dishwasher was not working, part had been ordered and would be in "any day". It was not repaired during our stay. Would have liked to have known about this prior to arrival. Also, cleaning crew did not leave any liquid DW soap, and had to go buy some since DW was not working. Kitchen cabinet hinge was loose and needs repair, and was reported at check out. Overall, a very nice unit and will probably request it again.

We were shocked at how well kept the property was. The pictures did not do it justice. Don't let the outside of the building fool you, the place is nice inside.

Great beach condo!

The condo itself is nice. There are a few small areas that need repair but nothing that was a detriment or safety concern. We had everything we needed except for trash bags and it seemed that trash was left in one of the closets from a previous guest. The bathroom floors weren’t as clean as I would have wanted but the rest of the unit was great. The kitchen was well appointed and the living area was very comfortable. We had a wonderful view, it was very comfortable and convenient to everything. I also felt very safe. My only true complaint was check in and check out. We had to drive 7 miles out of the way each time to pick up/drop off keys. Most rental units have keypads these days and the last thing I wanted to do was fight with traffic an extra 30 minutes after getting into town.

Nice for my 1st time!!

This was my time using VRBO and it worked out really well for our weekend getaway. I would definitely use it again. I love we were in walking distance from everything.
