Located 0.5 miles from Romar beach, this beautiful 3 bed 4 bath house will not disappoint! Newly constructed with all the fine finishings, furniture, and decor, you will love every minute of your stay! Enjoy close proximity to all the amenities, must be 23 years old to book!



The Space:

Welcome to 24201 Pepper Lane! **PLEASE DO NOT MAIL OR SHIP ITEMS TO THE HOUSE BEFORE OR DURING YOUR STAY. WE DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MAILBOXES ON SITE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS MAILED TO THE HOUSE**



This property is dog friendly! Rules are below:

-$150 additional non-refundable charge to be collected after booking (you must let host know if dog is accompanying on the trip)

-2 dogs maximum (must be under 40 lbs each)

-dogs must be leashed when outside

-dogs must be crated if left unattended

-all dog fecal matter must be properly disposed and not left in yard

-only dogs allowed, not other type of pet



This home is an elevated beach house that has stair access to the entry of the house! Featuring 3 bedrooms and 4 baths, this home fits 9 guests with 1 King bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen pull couch sofa, and 1 twin inflatable mattress! Newly constructed, enjoy all the finest finishings throughout and brand new comfortable furniture for your family to enjoy!



Like to cook? Take advantage of the full stocked kitchen to meet all your needs! Everything you will need from pots/pans, utensils, glasses, cups, blender, baking trays, pot holders, wine glasses, Keurig coffee pot, large drip coffee pot, coffee grinder...the list goes on! Let's not forget that farmhouse sink!! If you love to wash dishes, this sink is for you! Want to skip all the manual cleaning, utilize the large dishwasher throughout your stay! If you love shiplap, you will LOVE this kitchen and dining space! The dining room features a 6 person farmhouse table and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen island!



Need to wash clothes while you're here? Use the new washer/dryer and the laundry hamper whenever you need to!



After a long day at the beach, nothing better than to plop on the couch and rest!!! The living room has a large couch and two chairs! If you need extra sleeping space, the couch does have a pull-out queen mattress! If you don't want to have the leave the living space area, take advantage of the full bathroom on the same floor!



Walk upstairs from living room to the 3 full suite bedrooms! You will see the primary suite on the left with a king mattress and the 2 queen suites on the right! Be able to have a bathroom attached to every single bedroom so you can have the privacy you need! Every room has it's unique views overlooking the property, especially the primary bedroom with its views of the wetlands! If you need to get dressed up, we have an iron and ironing board located inside the master bedroom closet!



Head downstairs to the ground level to enjoy the outdoor seating under the house to watch the wildlife throughout the wetlands! If you like to BBQ, we have a propane grill for you (all we ask is that you pull it out into the driveway while grilling and cooling)!



One of the neatest features of this property is the close proximity to the amenities! All you need to do is literally walk outside and the pool is within 50 yards! Pool hours are from 8am-9pm! Let's not forget the driveway! This property is the only property in the neighborhood with a double extended driveway....plenty room to ride bikes, park cars, and to play games!



Guest Access:

You will have private access to all bedrooms and bathrooms within the home! You will have parking on the driveway and if needed along the street. Throughout your stay, you can enjoy access to the community pool, seating areas, and mini golf!



On the back patio, we have beach amenities you can use throughout your stay such as beach chairs/toys and a beach cart! We do ask if you use these items when you head to the beach to please bring them back!



We also have fishing poles to use if you want to hang out by the house and fish along wetlands from the back porch! You can also fish in all community areas within the neighborhood!



The Neighborhood:

Romar Beach is OFFICIALLY open!! Welcome to one of the newest communities in Orange Beach, Summer Salt! Located directly across the street from the beach, enjoy the privacy and serenity of this gorgeous beach house! Conveniently located to some of the best restaurants in town, you don't have to go far in order to get your belly full! In front of the neighborhood is Doc's Seafood and Ruby Slipper Cafe! Enjoy some incredible breakfast options at Ruby Slipper and tasty seafood options at Doc's!



This property is only a 10 min walk to the nearest public beach, Romar Beach.



Take advantage of the close proximity to the Backcountry Trails throughout Orange Beach and Gulf Shores! This area has over 15 miles of nature preserves and bike/walking trails for everyone to enjoy exercising and viewing the wildlife&wetlands throughout the area! If you love biking, bring your bikes and enjoy some of the hidden beauties of the area!



Enjoy boating and jet skis? There are several options for boat and jet ski rentals to enjoy a day out on the water!!



Into deep see fishing? There are many options for guided fishing trips to enjoy catching some of the large trophy fish the gulf has to offer!



Be sure to contact us if you have interest in boat rentals or deep see fishing and we can provide you with a few options!



If you're into biking, look into Orange Beach Bike Rentals or Beach Bike Rentals for both cruising bikes and electric bikes so you can enjoy the bike paths all along the nature reserves!



Getting Around:

When driving on Perdido Beach Blvd, be on the lookout for Doc's Seafood and Ruby Slipper Cafe, the Summer Salt neighborhood entrance is located in between the 2 restaurants! When pulling toward the neighborhood, take a right on Ruby lane then a left on Pepper Lane. You will continue ~0.2 miles and will locate 24201 Pepper Lane on the right! You can pull directly into the driveway to park throughout your stay! Entry into the beach house is through the first level stairs, to enter the home we will provide each guest with a unique entry code!



You are free to walk throughout the neighborhood or bring your bikes!



Other Things to Note:

We do ask that you eat at designated eating areas to prevent stains on the new furniture!

We had a great stay at this property! The house was very clean, well stocked with amenities, and exactly as described in the listing. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth. We especially enjoyed the proximity of the house to the pool, which was super convenient. While the beach isn’t the easiest walk if you’re carrying a lot of items, driving to the Romar Beach access and parking there was simple and hassle free. A couple of notes for future guest: the house is quite a few steps, so it may not be ideal for someone who has difficult with stairs. Sound does travel between floors, so a little more insulation would help. Ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms would also be a nice addition. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this home for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The property was exactly as advertised and is in a perfect location. The owner and property manager communicated with me fabulously when the pool was closed unexpectedly during the week of the Fourth of July. They did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant even with the unexpected pool issues. We would definitely stay again.

Great Home & Location

Very comfortable and adorable place. Love the decor. Very convenient to the pool, beach and restaurants. All within walking distance. Loved sitting on the back porch every morning watching the sunrise. Our dogs loved this home and their daily walks around the community. Great communication and follow ups with the owners. We will definitely keep this place on our list.

Nice place!

The place was nice! Great location! Only downside was the floors were nasty! Within 1 hour of being there the bottom of our feet were black. Also the sheets on the bed don’t fit properly
nothings worse than waking up in the middle of the night to the sheets off. Plus the upstairs was HOT.
