Additional seating of four at kitchen bar. Well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home-cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The delightful main bedroom features a king bed with light flowing in from the private balcony sliding glass doors. Additionally, this bedroom has a desk and monitor setup if you are planning on working remote. The ensuite main bathroom has a large double vanity with a walk-in shower and large soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is the perfect place for the kiddos with one twin bunkbed and one queen size bed. The third bathroom features a shower/tub combo.

The complex DOES require parking passes and charges $38/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo.

There is one reserved covered parking space that is marked with unit number. The second vehicle must park outside the garage in unreserved spaces. Max of two vehicles allowed.
