We also have a key-less entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious. The unit is professionally furnished with a Coastal flair. The Large balcony provides incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters. As an added feature to this unit we allow our guest to use the owners closet located on the same floor as the unit. It can be used for extra room to store your beach supplies, chairs, rafts, coolers, and much more. You will be given a door code to access the owners closet.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with free high speed WI-FI, full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen SMART TV in the master, and Smart TV's in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The unit sleeps 12 in beds. Plus there is an additional Sofa Sleeper for two additional person for a total of 14. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Hottub Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
