Miramare is just minutes from all the area attractions but on a quieter stretch of beach that many Gulf Shores rentals. Unlike majority of homes right on the the main road, Miramare is set back from the busy road ensuring additional privacy for our guests.



Other Things to Note:

Important details to remember for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Please contact us in advance if you require different times. The driveway is shared with the adjacent properties. A rental agreement is required before your arrival. This property accommodates a maximum number of guests. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. Our management team will address any cleaning or maintenance concerns in real-time. Outside vendors are permitted on-site with guest and management approval.

Beautiful Home With High Potential to be Excellent!

The property was spacious with multiple living areas, large bedrooms, bathrooms, multi-level balconies and a large kitchen/dining area, all with high end finishes. The private beach and pool along with enough parking for our family was great. Having 2 sets of laundry areas was also huge for a large group. The areas that need to be addressed (referencing to potential) are issues with the hot tub, fire pit and grill. The hot tub didn't work until the pool tech worked on it 5 days into our trip. Even though the property management was very quick to try to help us with problems, there must have been a breakdown of communication somewhere. We waited for someone to replace empty propane tanks and finally took them to replace them ourselves. The grill was terribly dirty when we opened it to cook, which was supposed to be cleaned after each guests' visit. This is a beautiful new property that, for the most part, served our family well. I think the issues we had will get worked out. We would consider renting this house again.

Communication was very poor. Response time was unacceptable.

The property was very nice. The problems that we had was trying to communicate with the property manager. There was no phone number to call only a message through the app. The response time to any problems that we had was absolutely ridiculous. The morning that we were leaving the elevator stopped working. A family member is wheelchair bound so there was no way to get him from the second floor down to the first. After three hours of no response we finally had to call the fire department. The orange beach fire department unit one and two were there within 15 minutes. There’s no telling how long we might have been sitting there waiting for a response from unwind. These men from the fire department got him and his power wheelchair down to the first floor. They were awesome. I am just so thankful that no one was stuck in the elevator when it quit working. Also this unit was supposed to be wheelchair accessible but the thresholds going into the house were not. To sum it up, I would not recommend unwind because of their lack of communication skills (response time)

House is NOT ready for guests

This beach house is obviously a new build. The house itself is great, and the beach/location is also great. The problem is the property is NOT set up at all. TVs not set up, had to myself make the ice maker and sink disposal active. Internet went down multiple times and had to find the router to reset. Communication with the 'property manager' was VERY slow and not helpful at all. The pool/hot tub didn't work and I was (after about 24 hours) sent a link to info about it and all it said was that they were operated with 'a controller.' No controller was ever found or provided. The lock on the door to the bathroom connected to the pool was salt/sea broken and I was near lectured on how to work a bolt lock before they figured out it was actually broken and sent a locksmith a few days in.Overall the house is great, but the property manager is terrible and the owner in California are both totally disconnected from making the stay worth the price. I highly recommend finding another play to stay for the price. Despite numerous requests for help to the property manager we received little help at all, no apologies and certainly no offer for any money back.Find a better house with someone who cares about your vacation!
