On the main floor you will find a Master Bedroom with a Queen sized bed, and generous closet storage with a full on-suite bathroom. You will also find a second bedroom which consists of a Queen sized bed, generous closet space, and a full guest hall-bathroom.

Perfect for large families, Sandy's Place will comfortably sleep 10+ guests. It hosts a washer and dryer for all of your laundry needs, as well as a brand-new, modern, Queen sized pull-out sleeper-sofa tucked away in the oversized L-shaped couch in the living room. Alongside the living room you will find an open floor plan that leads you into the dining area and fully-stocked kitchen consisting of freezer/fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven/stove, toaster, coffee pot, and every extra gadget, pot, dish and utensil that will make your dine-in or cooking experience a complete ease.

Upstairs, you will find a beautifully decorated loft with two full-sized beds, an on-suite bath with toilet, shower and sink, and a storage area stocked with board games for the whole family, even on the rainiest of beach days.

The televisions within the house are all "Smart TVs" and offer basic cable along with all capabilities of connecting to your favorite streaming channels from home - Netfilx, Hulu, Disney+ etc. *If you have an account, you can access it and stream it* This home is also complete with full-house WIFI for connecting all of your devices while away.

This Cotton Bayou condo is a fisherman and boater's paradise, perfect for fishing, boating, water-skiing, paddle-boarding or relaxing in the shared pool. The complex hosts amenities such as an outdoor pool, tennis court, gazebo, BBQ area, fish cleaning station and boat slips available on a first come, first serve basis (25' max and proof of insurance must be submitted). The complex will charge $100 per 7-day boat pass, which must be purchased on-site.

Consisting of only 68 condos this is a low-density, quiet complex located directly across from the public beach access with its own private boat slips. This boat docking opportunity is few and far between, and one of the only within the area. It is truly a hidden gem for the most perfect beach/water get-a-way. Cotton Bayou is conveniently located in the Terry Cove area, which is in the middle of Orange Beach and the public beach access.

You have the best of both worlds: access to the bay and the beach. A short walk takes you to the beach as well as to world-renowned restaurants and bars, and also shopping. Just out the door is the breath-takingly beautiful bay, pool and tennis courts. Bring your boat or watch them go by, observe the ocean life and wildlife alike, take a dip in the water, or dig your toes in the sand. Catch a picturesque sunset over-looking the Bayou (yes they really are THAT beautiful!), or, if you're really lucky, spot dauphins catching the waves of passing boats. *Please Note: This private rental is located on floor 3 (top floor). There is no elevator. This unit consists of a "loft" that should be closely monitored and supervised with the presence of any small children. Please utilize this area at your own risk.

This unit is a "Smoke-Free" unit (inside & outside) and has a $250 refundable security deposit which will be returned following your stay absent of damages (such as but not limited to furniture, fixtures and appliances), lost or stolen items to include bedding and/or towels, and/or smoking violations. Service pets are welcomed.

Parking Notes: There are (2) designated spots under label 7E where a parking pass is not required. These spots can accommodate a truck with a boating trailer. If parking in any of the non-designated spots at the complex, please place the issued "Guest Parking" pass (located in your unit, 1 per unit) in your dash during the remainder of your stay. Please be sure to return the "Guest Parking" pass to your unit upon departure or you will be charged.
