Get ready to create timeless memories! Everything you need for your next vacation is provided for you in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Relax in the spacious open living/dining area. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Have meals on your private balcony overlooking the gulf. The beautiful master bedroom has private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds for a sleeping capacity of 6.

You’ll love the beautiful view from this 8th floor balcony in the popular Phoenix X Condo complex. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation are included. There are plenty of on-site activities - a newly renovated outdoor pool area with an outdoor kitchen, indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, racquetball court, and sauna. New Splash Pad in 2025!

The Phoenix X is also located right next door to the World Famous Flora Bama Lounge. You are within a short walk to all the Flora Bama events, jet-ski rentals, restaurants and coffee shops located right on the Florida/Alabama line.

Please note : Phoenix X guests must purchase parking passes via an email link you will receive prior to arrival. The price is $60 per car and is not included in the Vrbo total. Our two bedroom unit is allowed two parking passes, if needed.

Gorgeous Ocean View

The condo couldn't have been more perfect. The layout was great for 2 couples and it was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. We were lucky to be able to check in early and enjoy a good part of that first day. One suggestion Al had was that graphite should be applied to the rollers of the deck and bedroom sliding glass doors as they were difficult to open and close. Once again, we want to thank you for a lovely condo and great vacation!

Perfect all the way around!!

Excellent property, condo was just as described and pictures showed. I was a little nervous at check in the lady in front of me had all these forms to fill out and stuff going on but it came my turn showed them my electronic form I completed while riding in the car, they handed me wrist bands and property info and I was on my way easy breezy and so thankful The unit was clean and temp control was wonderful Chair service on the beach was very accommodating. Will definitely book this unit in the future.

Mullet toss 2023!

Suzanne is an excellent owner! Her response time with my many questions over the last few months was so helpful and amazing! Thank you for being so fast on your replies! Even though the keypad locked us out in the torrential downpour, the Phoenix X staff quickly changed the door to a traditional lock for us and got us fixed up! Would definitely recommend this condo for future stays!
