Sleeping Accommodations:
Condo has two master suites, Master Bedroom that overlooks the gulf has a king bed. North side master also has a king bed with a private balcony, it also includes a oversized chair that folds out to a twin bed. One interior bedroom has a king bed, 4th bedroom has a bunk bed that has a full on the bottom and twin on top. Living room has a couch bed.

Unwind in the living room with a movie night on the mounted 75’’ Smart TV in the living room, Both Master Bedrooms and bunk room has 58 inch Smart TV`s and middle King Bedroom has a 43 inch smart TV.

You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
The following Starter packs are provided:
One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
Bar of soap per bathroom
Single sized dish washing detergent pack
Single use laundry washing detergent
Two large trash bags
Small trash bag for each bathroom
Roll of Paper towels
We do not provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
According to the ADA -`Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.`

Trash Chutes are located by the stairwells on each floor
No parties/events. No smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
Parking : Condo has one numbered spot and other spots are first come first serve. Two parking passes are provided for each rental.
Security must be able to see the parking pass or the vehicle will be towed
You may park in any open/unreserved parking space
Parking pass will be in unit upon arrival and must be placed in vehicle upon arrival.
