The Space:

Stylish flat with private bedroom that features direct access outside the balcony, which can be reached as well from the living room, where you will find an amazing sofa bed that can be turned into a super-size double bed. Open spaced kitchen that has everything you could desire to prepare your meals from cutlery, plates, pan and pots to full appliances like gas hob, oven, electric kettle and of course, a coffee machine. Apartment has a central heating unit, and private A/C unit to cool those summer days.



We have everything prepared, from a bathtub bathroom, to a private balcony to enjoy the city views and for colder days, enjoy the sofa and chill with Netflix streaming !



Traveling by car ? No worries, we have our own private parking spot keeping your car close to you all the time.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

Our amazing apartment is perfectly located in one of the largest emerging areas of our City. You can find nearby everything that you could wish for, starting your day with delicious cafes , amazing restaurants, places to enjoy shopping as well as an extremely generous supermarket.



Getting Around:

Public transport like trams can be easily reached , around 200 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for people, no additional guests allowed.



- We can provide check in after 3 PM and 12 PM daily. If you would arrive outside these hours, we do our best to arrange it as desired, but please note that additional cost may arise.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , oven ) when you leave the apartment!
