Lounge proposes a fresh and unique experience in central Oradea, just 1.3 km away from City Center, with brand new Studios , equipped with high end amenities while guests can be amazed by their quality and breathtaking views overlooking the city from the top floor location. Amazingly equipped, we have everything prepared for anyone looking to embrace a memorable stay in our beautiful city !



The Space:

All our studios offer generous space surrounded with lots of natural sunlight. We invite our guests to enjoy their relaxation guaranteed by our king size bed and invite them to explore our professional kitchen appliances and outstanding bathroom amenities.



The sofa bed can be converted to a single bed that can be occupied by children up to 18 years old.



Professionally serviced and clean , we prepare for every guest with fresh bed sheets, towels and bathroom toiletries. As well, all our apartments have heating, air conditioning and serviced by two elevators .



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

This wonderful flat is located in emerging area of Oradea , close to many shopping areas, yet really close to central of the town. Main attractions can be easily reached by car or taxi. Public transport is easily accessible as well, as in front of the property there is a tram station.



Getting Around:

Public transport like tram is located right in front of the building, while the central location of the property offers really easy access throughout the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for 2 adults and one child, no additional guests allowed.



- We can provide check in between 08 AM and 11 PM daily. If you would arrive outside these hours, we do our best to arrange it as desired, but please note that additional cost may arise.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , Air conditioning ) when you leave the apartment!



Interaction with Guests:

Our property is fully serviced by Cityhome , a property management service team managing several flats around the city. We are fully available 24/7 !
