The Space:

Our brand new apartment is invaded by light throughout the whole day, from morning to sunset , where our balcony welcomes everyone to start the day with a delicious coffee . Our spacious living room can be converted from a wonderful place to stay and watch at you desire, any channel on our flat TV, to an extra bed when converting the sofa bed which can easily accommodate two adults. There is a well equipped kitchen , full bathroom and a charming bedroom with a King Size Bed , which we guarantee , it will appeal anyone looking for a welcoming rest. We have AC through the whole apartment and heating as well. Apartment is located at the top floor which is serviced by two high speed elevators. Air conditioning and private heating unit will guarantee maximum conform through the whole year. As well, there is large parking in front of our building.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm !



The Neighborhood:

Our bright apartment is located in a newly developed residential complex, really close to one of the most important point of interest in our city : few meters away from Lotus Shopping Mall where you’ll find anything that you need from all day shopping to diverse caffes or restaurants while we are located really close to Baile Felix Spa Resorts.



Getting Around:

Public transport like tram can be easily reached , around 300 meters away while the location of the property offers easy access throughout the whole city.



Other Things to Note:

- The flat capacity is for 4 people, no additional guests allowed.



- Government ID will be collected through a check in from before arrival for security reasons



- Finally, please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters, TV , AC, oven ) when you leave the apartment!
