Welcome to this beautiful apartment in the garden level of our villa. In the picturesque hilltop village of Opio situated in the hills of Provence, only 30 mins drive from the sea. The villa itself is located in an oasis of peace surrounded by Cypress trees, Bougainville and flowers all around. It has access to a private swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m). The outside garden area of the apartment is equipped with a dining table, sun beds, a bbq and a parasol for shade. All overlooking a valley of oak and olive trees.
Inside the apartment you have a large open plan lounge area with a king size bed settee, large corner settee and breakfast bar for 4 people. The main shower room is off the lounge. A washing machine is also stowed here for your convenience.
The kitchen is compact and well equipped. Following through you will find the main bedroom and ensuite toilet.
There are 2 portable air conditioning units and we can provides fans if required.
We also have a summer lounge area nestled above the swimming pool for your use with wicker settees, if you wish to relax in the shade and view the magnificent scenery.
You are only 5 mins walk to Opio village and less than 10 mins drive to the wonderful village of Valbonne, described as a hidden gem of the Côte d'Azur, where you can experience the French way of life with famous Friday market, open air restaurants and chic shops.
The perfume factories and shops in Grasse, are also 10 mins drive from the property. The beaches of Cannes and Antibes are around 30 mins away.
