Very spacious and high-quality furnished accommodation for 10+2 people, fully airconditioned, with free WiFi, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 35 sqm private pool with a massage and a hydrolysis system that purifies the pool water without chlorine and other chemical additives, breathtaking and panoramic sea views from every corner of the 360 sqm property.

Villa Sun Palace is conveniently located in the old part of village Mimice only 1km to the beach (200m air distance), 700m from minimarket, and 900m far from the restaurant and a bar. It's close enough to the charming, small Mediterranean town Omiš and the Cetina river (10km) where you can enjoy many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours...and more. Located close to the famous town Split and Makarska Riviera with amazing beaches (a half-hour drive) and yet a perfect location if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening to the crickets surrounded with Mediterranean plants! The beach in Mimice and the local area is very clean and warm, feel free to explore the local area. The furniture in the bedrooms is handmade from high-quality wood, the beds are wide and very comfortable for sleeping. On request, in two bedrooms an additional bed can be added (+2pax ). The floors are connected with an internal staircase. Each balcony and terrace has outdoor furniture for relaxing.

Here is the floor organization:
- The main entrance is positioned above the parking lot. From the spacious and air-conditioned hallway, you are entering into a Bedroom No1 with a super king-size bed 200 x 210 cm, A/C, a terrace with sea views. Bedroom No2 with two single beds, 2 x 100cm x 200cm, A/C, and sea views. Bedroom No1 and Bedroom No2 are connected with doors. There is also a family bathroom with a shower.

- The first floor (pool level) offers an open concept living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities that a modern guest needs for their comfortable stay. Fully airconditioned a living room offers a flat-screen TV, PS4, free WiFI, satellite channels, and a spacious sofa. From the living and dining room, you have two direct exits toward the pool and a terrace with sea views. Next to the living area is also a Bedroom No3 with a super king-size bed 200cm x 210cm, a glass wall toward the pool area, A/C, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate toilet and a washing machine.

- The outdoor (living area level) offers a private swimming pool 7m x 5m, 10 sun deck chairs, a covered outdoor dining area for 12 pax with a traditional barbecue, and a shower.

- The second floor offers two master bedrooms. A Bedroom No4 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a terrace with pool views. A Bedroom No 5 with king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, A/C, en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a shower, and a bathtub. Also a huge terrace with panoramic sea views.

All together property size is 600sqm, and the villa itself is 360sqm. The car is recommended, and there are two garage places and two parking places secured on the property.

Come and enjoy all offered in this unspoiled area of Mimice village located in this great accommodation, enjoying amazing sunsets and breathtaking sea views. The beach in Mimice is with pebbles and is Christal clear. The cute Mediterranean town Omis is only 10km far where you can enjoy beautiful sandy and pebbled beaches and some other entertainment. You can visit the famous town of Split which has a lot to offer, the old part and the Diocletian palace protected by UNESCO. It takes you approximately 40 min drive to get there, and it is worth it. You can also visit Makarska or Baška Voda, both very famous summer destinations on the seaside, and a Skywalk on Biokovo Mountain near Makarska on 1228 meters above sea level. This lookout is designed as a prestressed reinforced concrete structure that cantilevers over a cliff overlooking the Makarska Riviera, Adriatic, islands, and open sea. A glass walkway has been laid on the primary concrete structure to provide a bird's eye view in all directions, creating a unique adrenaline experience.
