The nearest minimarket is 2km far, and supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, and the nearest beach are 3km far from the villa. A car is needed as you are located in the hills, 3km above the coastal road. 5 parking places are secured at the property. Villa itself has 280 square meters with an additional land area of 490 square meters.

The outdoor area includes a spacious sun deck area with palm trees, 10 lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, a BBQ with a fully equipped Summer kitchen (oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher...), and a covered dining area for 10 people where you can relax at any time of day or night… Behind the house is a terrace with outdoor table tennis, a swing, and a slide for your youngest.

* The GROUND floor includes a large open-plan living area with a comfortably furnished and fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities you would need (microwave oven, toaster, kettle, DeLonghi coffee bean machine, fridge with ice maker, and cold water dispenser...) a spacious dining area and a living room with open and panoramic views of the Adriatic sea, islands and direct approach to the pool area. The living room consists of comfy sofas, flat-screen smart TV, PS5, and A/C. There is also a Bedroom No1 (16,5sqm) with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower (5sqm), A/C, TV, and amazing sea views an exit toward the pool area. A separate toilet is on the ground floor.

* The 1ST FLOOR offers 3 bedrooms, Bedroom No2(16,5sqm), No3(14,8sqm), and No4(16sqm), each with amazing sea views and a huge open terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, overlooking the stunning Adriatic sea and islands. Each bedroom is luxuriously furnished and each features king-size beds 180cmx200cm, A/C, TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower (each 5sqm), and a terrace. There is also a laundry on the first floor with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities. Bedrooms No2 and No3 share a terrace with sea views, and Bedroom No4 has its own covered terrace with sea views too.
