It offers a seaview accommodation for 2+2 people organized on two levels with 100 sqm living area settled on a 250sqm private plot, with a private and heated swimming pool and a private approach directly on the beach (small, pleasant pebbles).
This property is perfect for a vacation for a small family or as a well deserved couple retreat. It is fully air-conditioned, with free WiFi, and here is a detailed floor organization offered exclusively for you:
* The living area (1st floor) offers a fully equipped kitchen with all the needed amenities a modern guest needs (Microwave oven, a Kettle, Coffee machine (Coffee Filter Packs), a toaster,...), a dining table for 6 people, a TV, an Air-condition, a sofa that can open into a sofa bed, there is also a family bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The indoor and outdoor staircase takes you to the bedroom on the ground floor)
In front of the living room is a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue (woods and charcoal). The living area is approached from the parking lot with the outdoor staircase.
* The bedroom area (ground floor) offers a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a sofa that can convert into a sofa bed 160cmx200cm), an air-conditioner, a TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The views on the sea and the grassplot with a pine tree.
* The pool area (lower ground floor) offers a private and heated swimming pool 5,2m x 3m with the no-Chlorine system, please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, the sen deck area with 4 deck chairs and sun-umbrella, and a coffee table with 6 chairs if you want to have a perfect spot for enjoying the sunsets from this position. There is a gate door toward the beach that is just a few steps away, and you can use some pillows and beach towels if you want to enjoy the crystal clear and warm Adriatic sea.
There is a secured parking lot for two cars on the private property.
You are located directly on the pebble beach and you can walk by the sea and find your perfect spot, several restaurants are within walking distance, Omiš town center is 11km far, or less than 10 min drive to Omiš and Cetina river with many attractions and activities, you can try rafting on river Cetina, make a boat tour on the Cetina river, or a boat tour to island Brač, you can also try zip line above the canyon or you can visit famous, 1700 years old town Split, only 36km (40min driving) from the property .... or you can just enjoy the amazing views this area offers in a quiet and friendly surrounding. You are located only 14km from Brela, a famous tourist place with many restaurants and beautiful beaches. Also there are: Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls, and Plitvice lakes are all within the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while staying in our villa.
