This adorable cottage offers a peaceful, quiet waterfront retreat for you and your family and is located just minutes from the village of Northport. Suttons Bay is an easy 10 minute drive. The house is located within a couple of miles to Knot Just A Bar for beautiful and rare waterfront dining; the Leelanau Peninsula Winery Tasting Room; Tamarack Gallery (a Midwest premier gallery), and the local corner convenience store.

Omena is located half way between Suttons Bay and Northport – either are just 6 miles away. The charming town of Leland is 11 miles away and Sleeping Bear Dunes is less than an hour driving distance. These nearby small towns offer shopping, art galleries, museums, a movie theater, dining, breweries, and wineries. Leelanau Sands Casino is about 2.5 miles south. There are miles of hiking trails throughout the County. You can enjoy farm markets in Suttons Bay, Northport and Leland from spring through fall. There is so much to do in Leelanau County.

Please note that this cozy seasonal home offers space heaters for warmth but has no central heating, making it ideal for milder weather stays.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited (violations will result in incurring fees)
-There is no dock here for guest use
-Please stay on the beach directly behind the house so as not to wander onto the neighbors' property
-The loft is not meant for small children as the railings/stair case are not enclosed
-You may moor your own boat directly behind the house
