Painted over slum apt.

When we arrived there was a gentleman sitting on his back patio enjoying a beverage. When we got to the door we could hear a smaller dog barking in the apt. below. Instantly i could tell it was just a glammed up run down rental. The baseboards in the bathroom need to be replaced. I am a carpenter by trade and never in my life have i seen a plug like the one in the bathroom with a green light on it, kinda made me a bit suspicious. The smoke detectors also have a red light that flashes when the lights were turned off. The apt. Was clean but not a place i will be staying at again.

Price and location to our event were excellent. Neighborhood was decent. Apartment was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Communication was great. Allowed us to check in early to accommodate our dinner reservations.

Was hard to unlock the door knob portion. Should be replaced or is loose and key doesn't turn well in it as the whole knob turns. Most of the outlets don't seem to work to charge your phone or plug in your computer. The outlet for the TV has bad plug so didn't have TV the firstfircouodaysdayuntil

Perfect for what we needed

We planned a short visit to Omaha and stayed here for one night. It was perfect! Clean and close to the highway, just over the river from Omaha. We had no problem finding parking in the back, finding the location, or anything else. If we'd thought about it, we probably would have turned on the porch light before we left because the street gets super dark w/o a street light and established trees.

Place to crash after going to Henry Doorly Zoo

We had a great stay while here, we stayed here last time we traveled to Omaha to go to the zoo. Place is clean, quiet, and very comfortable beds. Highly recommended

Such a cute and clean apartment - neighborhood not as listed

This apartment was exactly as listed and by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. It is very cute - small, but cozy and exactly as pictured. The beds and couches were so comfortable. They even had guest sheets of recommended things to do and places to eat. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We only had one bad experience that I wish I didn’t have to mention and I hope is just a fluke, but we had an early morning (5am) and my daughter said she felt someone following her while walking the dog, when my husband went to check there were several young adults in hoodies hiding in between the cars in the small parking lot. Having three very young children inside, we felt very uncomfortable. (I’m from south side Chicago, I don’t scare easily) The area definitely didn’t feel as safe and secure as listed. Full disclaimer: I didn’t mention this to the hosts yet and this house and the guest staying in the bottom apartment were lovely. I would definitely come back as a couple or with friends but maybe leave the family at home.

Short getaway to the Henry Doorly Zoo!

Super easy check in and out instructions. This place is in a quiet neighborhood just off the interstate and close to everywhere we needed to go. The beds were very comfortable and a super clean place, the washer and dryer is nice if you are staying long enough to need use of them. Highly recommend, will plan to stay again when in the area.

Cute little apartment, but very close neighbors

Overall, this apartment was clean and the location was great for the things we wanted to go do. However, it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing that this was a 2nd floor apartment. Due to some knee problems, I would not have booked an upstairs apartment. Also, the bottom level is occupied by some long term renters and they were right outside the door every time we left the apartment or came back. Nice people, but the proximity was more than I was comfortable with and they knocked on the door once to tell us to move our car because we parked it too close to the other neighbor and she said he would cause a scene about it. There was an issue with the WiFi when we checked in, but the owner did respond promptly and took care of that situation.
