We're updating our building's hallways and a few apartments. You might hear some construction noises during the day, but it's all to improve our guests' experience. Thanks for your understanding!

Welcome to our luxurious downtown apartment! Enjoy everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a large TV for streaming your favorite shows. Walk to nearby upscale dining and cosmopolitan bars. If you need ideas on what to do, we’re here to help!

Overall it is a very nice place. The inside is under construction, but the room is exactly as listed. However, the location could be a problem for some as it is right next to a jail. It is about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area and it is stunning at night with the lights!

It’s still under construction. The parking was horrible it was huge rocks we had a flat tire the 2nd night. The rooms door was built incorrectly so there’s a crack and it can easily be pushed not safe at all. There wereNot enough towels, there was no mat in the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped but not one single water was left for us so we arrived and had to leave to go buy waters. Too much lighting in the room at all times as it’s in front of a prison and that building has light 24/7

Clean unit with equipped kitchen located near Old Market and walkable distance downtown. Easy check in and check out, with clear automated messages ever step of the way. Safe and quiet area although please note that the building is under construction and is across from a prison, although this did not disturb my stay. Please also note that communicating with the host was difficult at times.

This location is a few blocks away from the downtown area . There's restaurants and bars that are in walking distance. Was close to anything you need. Would stay again. The room has well thought out things. A touch light vanity mirror and several mirrors. The TV is substantial for the space and has microwave, refrigerator and a kettle. There's touch lamps in nightstands and USB on them too. The bathroom has beautiful tile on walls and floor . Would definitely stay again.

Room was very nice, despite what things looknlike when pulling up and first walking into the place. Nice there was code tonget into.building and another code to get into room. Neighborhood was not the best. Would not have stayed there with my kids for sure. Was good for just me and my husband. Only had half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in so went and bought some ourselves. Overall was okay. Easy walk to old downtown area.

Room was clean but the outside of the building was in very poor condition. The inside halls had either torn up carpets or were stained and smelled like mildew. The property is also directly located across the street from the prison. The area is okay during the day but would not be safe for someone to walk around alone at night.

My wife and I booked this property 2. Go to the henry dorley zoo in omaha nebraska, we got there about 3 o'clock in the morning when we walked in. We found that there was hair bugs, stained carpet and part of the carpet was ripped up. And on top of all that, it was right next to a prison with razor wire. And everything we did not stay there. We ended up having to go and find another hotel in The Middle of the night. These people would not make it right and all they will do is send me a hateful email saying I was making this up. I will be attaching several pictures 2 this review stay away from here, do not stay here. It is a filthy nasty place !!!

Omaha city review

I am a current resident of the Omaha metro area, but my partner is from back in our hometown in Missouri. I wanted to be certain he was able to get a true Omaha experience being close to the Old Market, Henry Doorly Zoo, & all the little sub-culture areas throughout Omaha (Dundee, Little Italy, Benson, Midtown, etc.) to determine if the area would be a good fit for him & his son. This was a great place to be our home base for moving about the city & still coming back to a feeling of “home” instead of hotel!

Horrible communication

I messaged three or more times inquiring about amenities and early check out. I never did get a response. The hallway smelled upon our arrival, but our room did not. The shower had someone else’s hair on the walls and the heat was not effective. If they wanted us to do dishes there was not anything but a dirty sponge to wash them with and the wine glasses were dirty on our arrival.

Great room and manager at a locally-owned small business!

The room was immaculate and had everything necessary for a short or extended stay. One can easily save on the costs of travel by using the fully stocked kitchenette in the room! It helped that the location is conveniently located near a grocery store and several other shops. I will definitely be back to this exact property the next time I am in town.
