✔ Must request at least 2 days prior to arrival

Heating applies to entire stay (not partial days).

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES

✔ Must sign rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Rental agreement will be emailed to the email on file.
✔A $60 non-refundable insurance policy to be purchased OR $1000 off-platform security hold will be scheduled upon booking. This hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 4 days after departure (if no damages are reported). Please note: we are API connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez in order to safely and securely take security deposits. This is Airbnb approved.
✔ No changes or refunds due to illness, road conditions, or Acts of God (inclement weather, natural disasters, power or internet outages, or other events beyond host's control). Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
✔ Guests are required to report any issues with cleanliness, items in need of repair, or disruptions to their stay or comfort during their stay and must allow the host the opportunity to rectify the issue. No refunds will be considered for anything reported after checkout.
✔ We are unable to accommodate early/late check in due to our cleaner's busy schedule. Guests that stay past our check out time of 10 AM are subject to a late check out fee of $100 for every hour.
✔ One exterior camera at front door (for security)
✔ Loft has privacy curtains (no door)
✔ Windows are designed for views — limited window coverings
✔ Charcoal Grill - Bring your own charcoal

Mountain roads may be steep and curvy. 4WD or chains are encouraged in winter months. Travel insurance is recommended.
